Entertainment: There were a lot of activities for adults and kids. Aqua gym was fun and there were shows every night. The room had a beautiful view, the bathroom was nice and spacious. The water park was nice for the kids. Big parking space and it was easy, parking for 15 euros per day. The reception area was modern and Lucia was very helpful. Estefania at the restaurants was pleasant. There were a lot of food choices.

After booking the half-board, when we arrived they informed us that we can get all-inclusive since the drinks were not included in the half-board. They didn't mention any conditions, we were informed all-inclusive for all the restaurants. It was all inclusive but not really, - only one brand of ice cream was available. even the kids ice cream and popsicles were not part of the all inclusive. - there was no bottled water available because we could only get it in a specific bar from 11am. - no possibility of having coffee after lunch in the restaurants only in that 1 bar. - no cocktail available in the restaurant, we had to go to that 1 bar. In the room: - one functioning socket for the room. - there was hair and a hole in the bed sheet. - AC kept turning off because there was a faulty connector on the door. The facilities: - The pool was dirty, it was very murky. - The towels were not available until 10 am, pool only opens at 10 am. - They reception did not inform us that we needed to get a towel card from the reception in order to get towels. we were informed by the pool staff. - There were long queues by the elevator due to the magnitude of guests. The food: - Quality of food was disappointing: burnt food at times (completely burnt potatoes (black), hash browns etc. - The food was mislabeled (on two occasions, it was indicated chicken but it was lamb) The staff: - A number of servers were nice, most of them were not friendly. Some only spoke in Spanish and it was quite difficult to communicate with orders. The beach: - The beach was full of huge stones and it was very difficult to walk in. There was a lot of trash on the beach and smelt really bad. The sunbeds were awful and someone peed in a bottle and it was left on the sunbed.

Personalul foarte amabil, camera curata, patul confortabil. -Mancarea destul de diversificata, pentru toate gusturile. -A fost o vacanta foarte reusita, ne-am simtit excelent!

Taxa pentru parcarea hotelului 15 euro/ zi (dar am gasit loc, de fiecare data, in afara resortului, pe o strada laturalnica, ceea ce a fost ok). -Plaja care apartine hotelului este destul de neingrijita, cu alge, multe pietre. Cred ca ar merita intretinuta mai bine.

El emplazamiento.

El hotel esta viejísimo, la parte reformada únicamente esta pintada. La comida del restaurante el salado es muy floja. Fatal el check in, y la limpieza de habitaciones. Un día nos la querían hacer a las 15,00 que es la hora de la Siesta del niño les dije que después y me dijeron que después de las 16,30 nada…….desayuno discreto…..MUCHO QUE MEJORAR

-las hamacas se pueden reservar antes incluso de que abran las piscinas,cosa q me parece fatal,ya que hay gente q por muchas circunstancias va algo mas tarde y se ve sin hueco

Podría cubrirse mejor la atención en comedor. Faltaba personal un poco de caos para atender las peticiones de bebidas. Errores al servirlas, tiempo de coger la comanda, tiempo de entrega.

Das Hotel liegt am ca. 10 km entfernten Stadtrand im Ortsteil Atalaya von Estepona. Für einen Besuch nach Torremolinos oder Estepona Stadt verkehrt ein Bus der Linie 110, der nur 2,40 € pro Person und Strecke kostete. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet und verfügen m. W. alle über einen Balkon von ca. 8 qm. Wir hatten ein 2-Bett-Zimmer, damit nicht einer bei der Drehung des anderen im Bett wach wird. Es war ruhig im Hotel und im Außenbereich. Der Blick zum Meer war gut. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen hatten wir gleich mitgebucht und waren positiv überrascht wie gut und vielseitig die Qualität war. Es mangelt an nichts. Das Restaurantpersonal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Im Hotel gibt es einige Läden, die jedoch geschlossen waren, ein Fitnessraum ist auch vorhanden. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 Blöcken und ist ziemlich groß. Selbst die Gänge und Flure sind beeindruckend groß und überwiegend mit beigem Marmor ausgestattet. Der Außenparkplatz verfügt über freie und überdachte Stellplätze. Die Parkgebühr beträgt 8 Euro pro Nacht. Für unsere mitgebrachten eBikes konnte uns auch bei unserem mittlerweile zweiten Besuch des Hotels wieder kein Raum zum sicheren Unterstellen zur Verfügung gestellt werden, obwohl das Hotel Ende November 2023 nur etwa zur Hälfte belegt war und viele Möglichkeiten dafür gehabt hätte. Wir haben die eBikes deshalb außen an einer massiven Lampe mit Ketten befestigt.

Der Strand besteht teils aus dunklem groben Sand mit Steinen. Baden im Meer ist nur mit Badeschuhe möglich, da sich im Wasser Steine von 10 cm und mehr befinden. In ca. 1 km gibt es an der vielbefahrenen Autovia einige Läden und Restaurants, sonst nichts. Obwohl der kleine runde Außenpool noch nicht zu kalt zum Baden war, fanden wir ihn mit einem mobilen Zaun abgesperrt.
