Food was good overall, could have been hotter! Very good for children with the exceptional animation team. Shows at night we’re ok. Staff were all very pleasant, housekeeping was good, cleaned every day. Lovely pools with a cheerful lifeguard on duty all the time. Definitely a child friendly place.

Food was varied but they should find a way to keep it hot. The restaurant was a bit noisy, no atmosphere, decor resembled Morrisons cafe! Although there was a separate area for over 18s.

it never felt busy, around the pools particularly. Had a flood in our bathroom and the response was absolutely superb including compensation

literally… the only thing is that the safes are mounted as low as possible. really quite inconvenient. but if that’s all it’s possible to complain about, speaks for itself

Pool, with sunbeds and bar with drinks and some food was nice. Breakfast with a wide choices of food. Bicycle rental in hotel facility. Short taxi trip to center of Maspalomas.

Room's air condition had no adjustment. The noise in the breakfast/dinner restaurant was very high. Not possible to use the hdmi input on room TV to play from phone. They have blocked out the input.

being in between trees and greenery was lovely. kids can really enjoy the size and variety of pools. rooms are spacious and easy to use. The coffee refreshments were excellent. breakfast buffet has varied and serves different tastes.

there can be some improvements in the overall condition of the rooms and hotel area. some things were torn down or broken, but nothing critical. a few people were riding their bikes between rooms.

Interior need upgrading. Ceilings of the bathroom was partly fixed with some kind of plate. One of the beds was broken, so we thought it might fall apart if someone sat on it or moved during sleep. Asked for a repair twice without any success. Low quality food.

Great location, short walk to the dunes, beach and faro/promanade. Nice garden and a lot of space, many pools and playing grounds for kids. Good food and wide choice of both junk food and healthier options (also good variety for vegetarians!). Differnt cousins (Asian, Mexican, Canarian), great choice of fruits and desserts Very clean and great daily cleaning.

Generaly a bit old facilities, many small thinks broken or tired (like door locks, broken tiles, materaces and baby cots really "used up". Coffee: free one from the machines is tasteless and watery. Paid one is not much better and the personel has no coffee/barista training ( we use to order the same every day getting different drinks for differnt price...) We got chain-smokers as closest neighbors and that was really bothering us- would be great if one could choose smoking-free zone especially for families with children. Nice evening shows many mainly for kids- just starting very late:(

Food was plentiful but never hot from the buffet (even when it was literally put out). The only hot things we ate were from the grill when they had literally just been cooked.

There are many pools at the property - so it's not crowded at all, even there were many guests. The territory is green and nice - even some grass was damaged, it's only to be expected with the number of children running around. It was also nice to see some artificial grass mats around pools - so it didn't get messy, but still had a green look. We were given a room upgrade upon our arrival - and I must say, our 2-bedroom suite was really charming. It even had a small play-teepee that my children appreciated a lot. It was not brand new, but overall the room condition was good. Food options were above my expectations except for juices.

I'd appreciate if at least some of juices were freshly squeezed. Being in a "tropical" country I expect to have an easy access to fresh fruits like oranges - and to their juice. Walls in our room had some need of re-painting, looked like there was a flood some time ago. Shower door and floor were not properly made. No matter what did you try the water went out just because the construction allowed it. Also it looks like the water boiler tank is too small for the room - after two persons took a hot shower, there was no hot water for some time (like half an hour or so). Given the fact the room was expected to handle 4-5 people, it was rather surprising discovery.

The environment is very nice, good location to discover the region, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Spatious rooms and good beds. Rooms and environment are very clean. Good and varied food.

The lighting in the living room is poor, impossible to read a book there. We were less happy with the restaurant. Although the food is very good, it's not a nice dining experience : very bad acoustics, loud, very crowded, queus at the buffet, confusion about drinks being included or not.

The shower in the bathroom was bad and almost no warm water. Hair dryer also very bed takes long time to dry long hair.

This was a return visit because we had enjoyed our first trip in December 2021. The room was spacious and although it was located next to the pool bar (room 35) is was really quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the choice of pools and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

There is a coffee shop located in the reception and it is not clear that this is not connected to the hotel. We found the staff at the bar to be unprofessional in terms of the way they complained about the hotel management.

i loved the atmosphere! it was relax.. enough beds at the pool.. amazing staff! restaurant people were on it to keep everything tightly and clean! amazing!!

The accommodation we were put in was absolutely awful. It was unfinished, dirty and heartless. The villa opposite was still having work done and making lots of noise. There was so much dirt everywhere it didn't look like anything was properly checked. We originally had a supposedly newly renovated room but it was not nice at all. The walls had nothing on, the sofa was like a cardboard box. There was dirt all over the floors. They moved us to one of the old rooms and that felt just as bad, the dirt and grittiness was atrocious. In the kitchen area there was some tissue stuffed in a gap which I pulled out and it looked vile, I don't know what was on the tissue but it looked like some kind of dead bugs. We paid a lot of money for a 4* property and we definitely did not stay in a 4* property. It was old, dingy and when walking past some of the newly renovated rooms, from what I saw looked miles better than what we were given. But what I found could be in any of the rooms. We paid a lot of money and yet we were put into the old villas. I never usually complain but the photos i'm going to attach will prove my point. Ive tried to talk to them about this but its being disregarded. So if anyone is considering just be mindful of what you might come across in the rooms. I feel like we have been cheated for our money. So just be careful before you book.

The lighting in the grounds in the evening to get to and from your apartment. Two of the family had mobility and vision limitations and seeing some pathways and edges was difficult to navigate. The lift was temperamental and needs to be more reliable.
