Food was pretty good at the hotel. You can choose the menu or buffet or eat any time in the bar restaurent. Staff is very friendly and could make all we asked. Easy access to ski rent, comfortable lockers, shop for a ski pass is just around the corner.

When we arrived the room temperature was about 28 degrees. When i tried to make lower temperature the whole climate system is just shut off. The only way to have fresh oxygen is open a window (outside was about -5 so the room get way too cold in a minute. Impossible to open the window juste a little. Well it was a challenge trying to get comfortable temperature and fresh air in our room.

Free shuttle bus not clear instructions where to pick up. You have to go to the underground car park. Staff in edelweiss bar it was difficult to get a drink. The staff in the two bars in the evenings were very good indeed. And the staff in the Spa were very good.

Overall it was extremely bad value. If you are being charged more than €500 a night you expect much better quality and service. The rooms are very basic and the temperature controls do not work. The staff on reception are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Also we had to cut our trip short by one night as my son got injured while skiing. The hotel showed no flexibility about this and still charged us for the night that we did not stay in the hotel. I understand that they are unlikely to be able to sell the room again but their inflexibility and our overall bad experience means that we are not going to stay at the hotel again so they have lost a customer for the future.

its not 5 stars hotel, it is very old the furniture and the facilities also the first room they gave us smelled really bad like sewage and we had to stay in it for the first night and the next day they change it.

Efficiency, staff so helpful when we arrived with parking and bags. Shuttle bus to centre is a great service also.

The cost to go to sauna is very expensive at €300 each.

The rooms are not very soundproof unfortunately . They are a bit overwhelmed at breakfast with taking orders - it was surprising that for a 5 star hotel we had to pay to use the spa

Room was clean, but there was no garbage in living room, what is really strange. All staff was supper friendly and helpfull. If you come to hotel starving, there is a lot of snacks in receprion and near to garage. Even if you have room only to 1 day, they help with skii rental if you need to leave faster that rental works. Hotel and stuff really works like 5 star.

The only thing was - no garbage in room. And also - really strange that you can not close door to toilet and shower with locker. So if you sit on pot, everyone can come inside... for me this is really worst thing. But all other things was so good, that i almost forget about this situation. And also, from booking i didnt know that kids will sleep with me in one room.

Good breakfast and the gourmet dinner was very tasty. Room was clean as expected. The location of the hotel was conveninent and there was access to a chair lift that enabled one to get to the main, cabin lift heading out to Sierra Nevada ski slopes.

There was absolutely no noise inslutation in the rooms, which is totally unacceptable given the 5* rating of the hotel. It felt as if the doors were made of cardboard, which meant that all noise from the outside got inside. This experience applied to both the main door facing the corridor as well as the optional door to extend the room (e.g. if staying as a larger family). Unfortunately we were woken up by loud talking from our neighbours and loud noises from outside, for example when someone pushed a cart which made a loud noise. Some other drawbacks: one needs to pay a fee to use the SPA. The rooms had very limited amenities (e.g. no kettle to make tea)

the spa & pool is not included location being out of town meant it was a little inconvenient to go back out after coming back from a days skiing. the free shuttle service did help and was pretty good. the buffet option at dinner was disappointing. A la crate or set menu are better options.

The location is excellent – you can ski in and out of the hotel, ski lockers are on the ground floor easily accessible from the slope and a chair lift to the village centre is just next-door. We found the free shuttle service very useful in the evening. Delicious hot chocolate by the ski lockers was a very thoughtful detail, as was the ‘courtesy room’ that allowed us to change from our ski gear and have a shower after checking out. We stayed out of season and had our room upgraded to one with a mountain view – the room was spacious and the bed was very large and comfortable. Cava at the breakfast was fun and the selection of cold cuts and cheeses was high quality. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free piste maps are given at check in.

The bar was somewhat uninspired, as was the selection of toiletries (no hair conditioner). The breakfast selection was extensive but we found it was too bread-focused – we felt more protein options would have been suitable. The spa is decent, with many different jets in the pool, but entry is not included in the room and as others mention the price is quite steep (€30 pp, we only paid €20 as the sauna was broken).
