Good location, quiet , lovely pool

Good location

Air con broke for half the day, the man who came to fix it left dirt and plaster all over our room from where he had removed the unit. Maids never changed the sheets (despite asking them to every day). We had some time to kill before our flight and the hotel staff wouldn’t give us any towels unless we paid 20 euros per towel. We only had the cash we had available as we were leaving that day but they refused to accept 16 euros. The location is nice but expensive for what it is and the service is shocking

After entering the room, you could feel the humidity right away Despite leaving the window open, it was impossible to eliminate the smell Painting the ceiling did not help Doors and windows are not tight, it is scary to leave something in the room The pool is not cleaned The shower sometimes gives hot and sometimes cold water and it is difficult to make a shower

the room was not nice and the shower was clogged. I contacted the reception on my first day and they didn’t get it solved… I spent 5 nights having showers and getting the bathroom soaked

The facilities are not the best, but you get what you pay for. The location is definitely great if you're looking to be close to most clubs and the beach.

Cute little kitchen package of a sponge, cloth and washing up liquid as I hate having to buy this. Location was good, walking distance to Hi and Ushuaia, 4 min cab from DC10 and 12 mins to Amnesia. Friendly staff. Blackout curtains. Nice shower.

1 pillow! Sorry but no one sleeps with 1 pillow (maybe a child), even the staff said so! But they could not give us anymore. Had to take toilet roll from my friends room as the maid only gave us 1 for the whole 5 days. Cleaning was non existent, even though I left the sign on the door. You must understand that people get up late in ibiza after going to bed at 7/8am most nights.

security ruined the trip for us, she was absolutely vile and aggressive and couldn’t speak a word of English so would just scream in our faces in Spanish without us being able to reason with her , she was horrid and was violent towards one of our friends as she unreasonably used force and hit him and left bruises on his arm, she then targeted us for the next few days and then continued to try and get us thrown out

Hard pillows and poor lighting in the room

nice position, in the middle of playa d’en bossa, the apartment was perfect and seemed very new

there were not any music around the swimming pool

the location is good.. rooms are spacious but very dark.

no lift, no staff and no help. no service. very dim lights.

I paid for two nights and left after about two hours. I didn’t stay. It was terrible. The place smelled. The bed was really uncomfortable. The furniture was old and crappy.

It was a place to sleep. The pool wasn’t bad.

Rude lifeguard staff, mold in the bathrooms, dirty kitchen, non existent insulation between floors so you’ll hear the neighbors above your room’s every move.

Very dirty place and very low hygiene. For such high prices, it is the least to expect. Hire few cleaners to make this place called hotel. Definitely not value for money. It is only location if you want to stay around the area. If not, definitely doesn't worth it.

If you’re in Ibiza to party, then you’re in the right place in Playa D’en Bossa area . Good for a group of people to enjoy a good trip and the nightlife. Staff were lovely

great location for Hi Ibiza and fairly central to the clubs. much better than San Antonio
