It was sunny and the staff were lovely.

Many areas looked worn-out and needed work/attention, no way a 5* resort. Food was fine but the cafeteria system is way down-market. NOISE due to both hotel repair work and also local building work across the valley - major problem!

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and facilities are well maintained and clean. Buffet breakfast/dinner had good variety and other restaurants in the hotel were also great options.

The live music was fun, the sunset pool was beautiful, and the Balinese beds were a great value for the money.

There was no cocktail menu at Sidecar even though there is a good selection at S Bar

Breakfast was very good, many gluten free options were available after request. Room was big, clean and with amazing view. Pool was nice. The only thing which was a bit disappointing was the gym - it was very small compared to the size of the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a construction area. More then a dozen hotels are being build at the moment. Trucks, noise from heavy equipment and even the hotel itself is causing a huge amount of noise due to construction works at the poolside inside the hotel. We were forced to leave because this hotel is not at all the serenity the advertise with. The works around will probably last at least for 5 years or more as they companies just started to dig and drill into the mountains. Trucks with their warning signal when driving backwards are a continuous part in your day. At this moment after 3 weeks we still didn't get our money back as promised. Over 1500,- euros for 5 nights.

Both heated pools were very good, with plenty of sunbeds at each. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice, and good quality food. The golf course was in excellent condition and very enjoyable.

The pillows were not great but apart from that we had no complaints about anything.

The hotel and all facilities are really beautiful, the staff is very welcoming and nice. The views from the sunset bar and the gym are amazing, an ideal place to go if you want to disconnect and enjoy. The hotel is full of plants and very well decorated.

The buffet dinner offers a lot of choice, but the quality is sometimes below average. Also the smells from the grill disrupt the ambiance. The experience would be much better is there was less choice but better quality.

We were offered an upgrade! Our room was very large, with a nice balcony. Loved the adults-only pool - fantastic view of the ocean, great beverages. The breakfast was delicious, with great variety. Friendly staff. Very clean. Luxury-style accommodations. I enjoyed the secluded location of the hotel as well.

We didn't love the food and we had for dinner at the attached restaurant, Sidecar.

Great buffet with plenty of choices, sunset pool has very beautiful mountain and ocean views, the pool water is heated which is perfect for winter time. Room size is big and the bed is very comfy. Warm service from all the staff. Would return and recommend to friends.

Power went out first night. Charged for dinner. Buffet was not great. Not creative. Same. Overcooked dry options. Gym could be bigger and better.

Be aloe spa was nice. Room was clean, spaceous, with nice bathroom and comfortable bed, wifi worked well.

We had half board - breakfast was better than dinner, with a lot of choice but most of the food was cold and tasteless. The hotel is simply too big. - We needed two different elevators to reach the room.

Aida from reception was extremly kind and helpfull. Very special welcome
