L’indication des surfaces chambres induit en erreur , j ai réservé deux une chambres dont une familiale avec des surface 24 et 30 hors les surfaces étaient les mêmes ; Le spa , j ai réservé à 19h pour faire à l intérieur mais on m a sorti dans une tente à l extérieur où il faisait froid , c’est pas du tout un cadre de massage ; j ai été vraiment déçu Le matelas pour deux personnes fait je pense 1,5 m c’est pas du tout confortable pour un couple J ai été obligé d utiliser le sofa lit qui est pire (on sent les ressort qui piquent ) Dommage que la salle de sport n’ a pas de vue sur la mer

La limpieza junto a papelera deja mucho que desear. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atrancado y había varios pececitos de plata saliendo de debajo de la cama.

Schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück, relativ großes Zimmer mit Balkon

Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz vom Hotel, aber der muss extra bezahlt werden. Das Gebäude ist ein riesen Komplex, der nicht gerade schön aussieht von außen. Der Haarfön im Bad ist ein Witz - keine Power.

Location perfect and breakfast catered to everyones tastes and did not disappoint.

Food was really good, staff were friendly and accommodating. Our daughter had her wedding celebration there and they did a fantastic job at making it a very special day.

Communication prior to going re the wedding could have been better

The entertainment was very enjoyable. The vast area all round the hotels was great for walking as my husband has a disability. We enjoyed all.

The swimming areas where very nice to relax and close to beach and town.

There was a lot of choice food wise but downfall is the food wasn't as good as it was when we stayed last year in October . Meat was very dry and touch .

My pet hate is the way Spain cooks it's bacon hate streaky bacon to fattie and greasy, why don't you cook proper bacon.. other wise every thing OK

We booked a family room which unfortunately meant a double sofa bed to share for our two teenagers. Should have spotted that when booking! the hotel receptionist was very helpful but the only option would have meant paying more which we couldn’t afford to do.

Lovely hotel with secure perimeter. Excellent breakfast with extensive hot and cold buffet selection. Good sized comfortable rooms. Location was a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town.

It is exactly what you would expect for a 4 star Spanish resort , The buffet restaurant was clean and varied , although on the second evening there was a lot less choice than the first night. One of our rooms was ready early so we were able to check-in slightly earlier than expected,

Everything - Good room, great breakfast, great pool and sunbathing area, facilities, etc. Definitely going back here for a more relaxed stay.

We absolutely loved the pool area and how spacious it was. The breakfast and dinner options were great , with variety. The location is just superb, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and quick to resolve and make up for the issues we've had, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, which was very impressive. We felt that the hotel itself has so much space which is great.

Liked food and lay out of the room

I had a shower chair delivered on Friday 3rd our arrival date and no one in the hotel knew anything about it. I contacted company on Monday to be told it was delivered and eventually that evening it was located by front desk staff who weren't very nice to me when I kept asking about it.

Love the location, really close to the beach. Big room-eventually... Mini fridge in room and sofa bed to sit on during the day. Breakfast is good with lots of choice.

The man who checked us in! Not friendly, we said it was our 3rd stay-nothing in reply. We went to our room, only to find it was a disabled access room and twin beds. We asked for a double and not being disabled, found that being there for a week then we couldn't stay in that room. Went back down to reception and relayed our thoughts and were told that was the only room left! We said we'd asked for a double. After a short while we were given another room on the same floor... It started our holiday off badly and has made us question whether we'd stay there again. Also having to pay €2 a day to use the safe-which is already in your room?! No kettle, no iron-unless you pay a deposit. This is a 4 star hotel but it seems its mostly interested in getting more money from you.

Weekekend stay February 3rd - 5th 3023. Great hotel. Staff happy to help. Very nice hotel and facilities. Weather wasn't warm enough to go in outdoor pools but they all looked great. Location is good and central. Short 10 mins walk from train station. Best hotel I have stayed at abroad. Stayed B&B and the food was great with a varied choice and lots of it. Best hotel we have stayed in abroad. Would not hesitate to stay again.
