My parents, daughter and i were in one room with three dogs so it was a little crowded but for the money in the centre of Cadiz it was great. And the jewel in the crown was the spa which we went to twice at the 'kids' hour and we all absolutely loved. Take your own flip flops and swimming towel so you don't have to rent towel and buy flip flops that you are never going to use again.

Éramos tres personas y no nos pusieron en la habitación lo necesario para tres, solo para dos.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Excellent massage in the spa. The view from the rooftop terrace was great.

No view - just a wall. The breakfast didn’t seem very well organised, with stations in different rooms, dirty dishes piling up and food running out. It was too warm in the room.

Everything was tired, chairs worn out, orange juice machine broken, toaster broken. Poor selection of fruit & badly prepared. Breakfast buffet disjointed, not enough tables for the number of guests. Staff overworked and undermanaged.

Completely over priced. -Hole in towel upon arrival -booked and paid for 3 adults and room only set up for 2. -room was small (apparently we were upgraded, which I cannot believe, and would hate to have seen what my money was meant to pay for) -hotel completely outdated and there were parts like the elevator that were shoddy and run down -leak in bathroom from hole on the ceiling Stuff were sent up and did another run over of the room which is fine, but a 4 star should not miss so much. It was far from the cheapest hotel and I bought the 2 nights to celebrate my mothers birthday and honestly I felt embarrassed bringing my mother around. I was initially going to bring her to the spa but based on the atrocious standards of the rest of the hotel I couldn't bring myself to pay more money based on the standards I already witnessed. The stuff were helpful and nice but realistically could not make up for the completely mediocre and overly priced hotel. I cannot say anything bad about them and it is not their fault major money is needed to spend on renovations. They were the only redeeming feature in my opinión. Not a 4 star hotel, and they honestly should not be allowed to claim they are one.

Comfort bedden. Receptioniste hielp ons om de auto het miniscule gaatje van de parkeerlift in te rijden. Neem een andere garage!

Het is een 4* hotel, dan verwacht je een luggage carrier, tissues in badkamer, anti-slip in bad, géén plastic douchegordijntje, minstens één comfortabele stoel in de kamer, een tweede wastafel (want ruimte genoeg), een scheerspiegel die vergroot. Verder was volgens de informatie van Booking sprake van uitzicht. Dat is er gewoon niet!!!

Hyvä sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa. Pienellä lisämaksulla saimme isomman huoneen ja sängyn, sekä kuohuviinin. Huone oli hiljainen ja siinä oli jääkaappi sekä Ilmastointi. Lähellä parkkihalli.

En relación a precios habitación amplia pero básica airé no funcionaba hubo que pedir ayuda para solucionar tema no se informó de arreglos que impedían llegar a hotel en auto y dejarlo en parcking obligando a llevar maletas frigo bar sólo con dos botellas de agua y al ingreso poco interés en huéspedes por Vicky hotel requiere mejoras de confort de baño

Garage elevator very tight to use. Breakfast coffee machine served Luke warm coffee No UK or NA news channels or English language movies. No cold water in reception. No bathroom on main floor where food is served.

De locatie is perfect. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpen erg goed!

Van kamer moeten wisselen door rooklucht, kamers waren ouder dan de foto’s doen lijken.

Prix élevé pour des prestations peu qualitatives. Confort sommaire. Propreté laisse à désirer -> exemple : Paroi vitrée de l’ascenseur avec des éclaboussures. Déçu, le descriptif de l’hôtel ne correspond pas à la réalité.

The rooms were large and the Spa was exceptional. Good Location too and roof top pool a bonus.

Rooms were a little basic but still nice and very clean with lots of little perks within the junior suite.

Perfect location and very helpful staff. The pool is more a dip pool and was overrun with lots of children. The sun beds were drenched underneath the pool area.

Renovations were taking place but that didn’t bother our stay.

They “upgrade” us, but it was toward the inside of the building in the first floor. The shower had fungus in the floor.

Location was great. Close to places of interest and restaurants. Helpful staff. Rooftop Pool was a bonus. 15 minute walk to the beach. Good choice of breakfast, continental and cooked options and plenty of seating.

Air con in rooms was a bit haphazard.

The location was good, within the historic centre and near the port. within walking distance of the main attractions in this area of Cádiz, shops restaurants, and historic attractions. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Limited parking was available in the hotel garage but a very tight squeeze accessing it and we found it hard to find in the first place. We didn’t use our car whilst there. Parking is also available at a paying car park very nearby. Generally comfortable hotel and a good choice for our few days in Cádiz.

We were persuaded to upgrade our room upon checking in for a larger one with a seating area. However we were underwhelmed with the room and wouldn’t have bothered in hindsight. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well equipped but the room itself a bit tired and gloomy with brown decor and cheap looking furniture, could do with a facelift and a bit of colour.
