The fact that I got upgraded to a clean room.
Staff, food, pool, cleanliness , outdated rooms, the price, air conditioning is so bad!

just returned from a weekend away with friends and was slightly concerned with the bad reviews we read from prievious customers but i must say we had no problems at all upon check in we were upgraded for free to all inclusive from just bed and breakfast which was a great start and much appreciated , the rooms were lovely very spacious very clean and smelt fresh , the pool area may be a little small but big enough for us to soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip when needed , the food was nice with plenty of choice , on the whole i thought it was a nice place to stay and pretty good for a hotel in benidorm very happy and fun weekend

The staff were really nice and helpful and that was about all I could say that was good.
Room really need modernizing and bathroom dirty! Toilet bowl had brown stains! Bed bases were ripped and in a bad state.

no tea and coffee in the room television didn’t not work and hairs all over the lid of the toilet charged €15.30 to park the car for one night and €189 for one night stay which we think is extortionate would not stay there again

Air con good. bar is cheap enough and accepts card. taxi rank outside which is convenient. Staff are fantastic and friendly.
bathroom could do with an update. had a bath in however no taps so can only use as a shower, bit mouldy around the bath making it look old. Pool is small and is quite deceiving on the pictures.

Reported hairdryer broken 4days on the run nobody fixed it the pool is tiny for the amount of people in the hotel and lack of sunbeds

Meals where exceptional something for everybody.Location to the beach and central location was very good.The staff where all very friendly especially with our grandchild.Would definitely book again if in Benidorm thank you.
The public toilets could be cleaned a little more through the day.
