The entertainment from the day through to the evening. Amazing friendly staff.
Bedroom bit tatty, paint coming off ceiling in bathroom. Bedside light flickers and fizzed. Bathroom smelt of sewage. Took 3 days for it to be sorted then came back day later.

Great location and pool area.
Got bitten at night, sure it was bed bugs!! Food not as good as previous visits. Not enough indoor seating in the evening. Coudnt get a seat.

when the cleaners was cleaning the rooms above you could hear them moving all the furniture, it was really loud screeching along the floor

I have stayed here many of times before but unfortunately this will be my last as the staff are rude except the guy in the restaurant reception staff have zero time for you. fire alarm was going off all the time early morning and late at night was a joke

all the staff where excellent and super lovely people.
food was well presented and very varied food for all tastes.
it’s not that I did not like but the snack bar should be more varied. maybe a self service snack bar would be better.
the entertainment team and shows are in need of a fully change over, my score would be be 1 out of 10.

The food was excellent in the restaurant and the restaurant staff were nice .
The reception staff were miserable and quite unhelpful. There was no vegan options at dinner and the vegetarian options were not good and limited. I am a non alcohol drinker so the all inclusive option didn’t work out good value for me and my daughter . The salad was good but after 5 days of it it got uninteresting. We checked out two days early as our room was on 23rd floor and my daughter is scared of heights but reception said they were fully booked but there were still rooms on booking.com. The rooms were smaller than the images looked and very dated so we were disappointed. Most people at the hotel were drinking alcohol all day long so it may have been the reason it gets such high ratings . We stayed in the Helios hotel for the last two days and it was far better . It was in an amazing location and value for money . The reception staff were friendly and there was an amazing range of vegan food and plant based milks which there was zero of at Sandos. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to friends .

A a fussy eater I always found something to eat and it was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty choices in the bars.

Thought it was a fantastic place, great location overlooking Benidorm, but not much of a walk up hill.
