Nice hotel in comparison to a lot I’ve stayed in . Rooms are spacious and airy. Good value for money as a work away person. Staff friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that our first room was full of human and dog hairs. We then got moved to another room, which was full of the same, including the bathroom. The 3rd room was fine. This was extra stressful because we stayed on Chris Eve. The manager seemed frustrated with us and had an unacceptable attitude

We had a situation of while using hair dryer, all the lights on one side of the room all went out, we called reception, a man came up to take a look then said he would be back, after over an hour we heard nothing, we then phoned back and was told we would need to change rooms, we gathered our stuff together and waited, I eventually went to reception and a man met me half way and said they could actually fix it, they managed to sort it, but took a long time with poor communication. In the meantime I tried to use a light on the other side of the room as the power was working that time, but several bulbs were missing so very poor maintenance

Room was cold, heating started warming an hour before I left the next day. Duvet so thin I slept in a fleece to get warm and the fire door kept banging outside the room.

Lovely welcome and they found me a quiet room. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was bright and clean. Breakfast was good and I had poached eggs. But, I luckily got my coffee before the one machine working broke down

To be picky the grilled tomatoes at breakfast could have been grilled a little longer!

The reception made us pay for parking in the hotel which is £2 more expensive than the parking app. Very out dated. The shower and bathroom old and dirty

The accommodation was comfortable and clean and functional.

No welcome from staff at reception. Too many rules ie Bar closed promptly at 11pm. Discounted breakfast cost only available if booking in advance on arrival. We stayed 5 nights and could not confirm breakfast requirements for the stay. Car parking charges Outrageous.

Location. Part of a large hotel chain.

Handy location, clean hotel & friendly night time staff.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t nice at all and the beds were on wheels so we rolled around in the single beds during the night.

Everything was excellent, parking, the room, the extra snacks, private bathroom, Iris & Paul, all superb and great value for money.

Even though I put my car registration in to the machine I got a parking ticket for £100.

Breakfast was good, Coffee too. Staff was pleasent and helpfull. Rooms are good.

Housekeepeng needs inpriovment. They didnt cahnge the beddings for more than two weeks. Towels were changed every day.

I like the location, I like the price of the room, I like how easy it was to check in.

The staff member that served me looked like she was more interested in something else she was doing on her desk. I wasn't advised pre booking that I had to pay for parking, which then changes the price slightly.

Nothing to get excited about

Curt reception staff, bathroom not up to standard expected , top price for second rate accommodation. Dirty toilet in bathroom , breakfast not up to expectations. Would never be able to recommend it.
