location and free parking good wifi

rooms are a bit dated but I guess the property owner knows this already(but still tidy and in working condition)

It is a fine hotel, with very nice restaurants and relatively comfortable rooms. But nothing special, same as with all the fletcher hotels.

The room had a weird smell. Luckily we could open the window.

The staff were outstanding, they couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful

Good food. Breakfast excellent. Room very clean and cxomfortable.

Reception a little brusque and not very helpful. Serving staff not very experienced could not answer questions on food.

The location & the on-site carpark were convenient.

The room was very warm, air con vents were there but not working. We had to use our own fan to cool the room at night for sleeping for our two young children. Plus upon check in (this is the first NL hotel requesting this) we had to pay upfront the entire accommodation bill plus breakfast. Payment upfront before even experiencing the available breakfast is very unusual.
