Flexibility to ensure a successful stay as a guest: taking care of your luggage till creating the perfect cocktail you like in the outside Jacuzzi (and go for the extra mile, to personalize that). Apart from this, I liked most the warm, personal and professional atmosphere without all the Kafka. To summarize: 'welcome home!' feeling. Not a little thing: a professional sauna at your service!

A scrambled egg at breakfast. But maybe I missed it by coincidence in that beautiful spacious breakfast resto. The rest was top!

OK Breakfast, if you would like eggs, you can ask the waiter and they will make eggs of your choice (i.e. scramble, omelet, fried). Great location, with the bus stop right outside the door. We had half pension and there was a great variety of different kinds of food for dinner, and sometimes also different themes, like local food from South Tyrol. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom wasn't that new, but very clean and worked very well for one that is normally very picky when it comes to hotel bathrooms. The pool and sauna area was great, and perfect to relax in after a day of hiking/biking in the mountains. However, they could preferably start the saunas a little earlier in the day, as they were first turned on in the early afternoon. We stayed for 5 days, and all in all a very pleasant stay, and could happily stay again. You could also rent bikes from the hotel, which was a very nice option for us one of the days, as the other rental shops did not have anything left for rent on short notice.

We had to pay extra for the water that was served during dinner, we did not know about this before we checked out, and it was way too expensive! The water is perfectly nice to drink from the tap, and it felt really unnecessary to pay that much for a bottle of water. Some of the staff was very strict on not allowing us to bring any food/drink from the breakfast to the room, which was inconvenient when we were in a rush, or just wanted to finish a cup of coffee in the room. Staff was very friendly and easy-going. Restaurant was very good.

The room was very small. It is absolutly not what you expect when you book Imperial suite and pay like 1K per night. In the room there was no shampoos, no glasses for water, no minibar. The view from the room was not great. Bathroom looks like it was renovated 30 years ago. The main problem is the transfer to the slopes. They had just 1 car for 3 hotels. And waiting time was around 15-20 minutes. Ski lift are not near.

We visited the hotel in the last week of July. The location is perfectly situated in the best mountain range of Italy. The stay was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful with any facility and comfort you could wish for. The staff and service are the best assets however with the hotel sparing no expense to make guests feel totally relaxed and comforted. The staff were incredibly helpful and did everything with a genuine smile to make our stay magical. Cannot wait to visit this top quality resort again in winter.
