Habitacion con camas muy comodas, desayuno bueno y completo y muy buena limpieza.

J’ai adoré les quartiers d’orange et de pamplemousse, ça donne une pêche d’enfer !
Les repas proposés le soir étaient très bons ( deux plats différents, deux desserts différents)
Le personnel est agréable à l’écoute et très serviable
Douche plutôt que baignoire dans la salle de bain

With free parking and closeness to exit roads, it is perfect for those having day trips outside Rennes. Nice breakfast and opportunity for dinner if necessary. Bus and underground in walking distance, although later in the evening, the walk is quite lonely and perhaps might not feel comfortable for some. All in all - good value for money.
The rooms are pretty small, especially if you are with family. The strange shower is already mentioned in some reviews. The rooms are not very soundproof.

the property is really worth the money. the staff is really nice and helpful. the breakfast was really good for the price. the room was big and really convenient. parking was convenient too.
the building is rather old but other than that there is nothing wrong with the stay.

Had a great night’s sleep here -really good bed linen and comfortable mattress. Very helpful and friendly staff . Good location for motorway access.
Would have liked an on-site restaurant for dinner -some prepared food available. didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment

Our stay was a brief one as travelling, we were arriving after their stated check in time so we had to call to advise when we were arriving - the gentleman on the desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was vast for this type of hotel and nice and fresh, again the lady manning the breakfast serving was friendly.

Parking on the premises. Staff was nice.
No elevator, so, if you have heavy luggage, make sure you get a ground floor room.

There was private parking. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable.
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. You had to walk to floors down to get it. Breakfast was okay not a lot to choose from and no hot food.
Staff didn't talk great English so communication was quite hard.

Room was quite small, especially since there were two single beds and a settee which we didn’t really need. Shower was strange. You had to hold it in your hand to wash yourself. Never seen one like that before.
Breakfast was continental style and quite good with wide variety.
Lugging suitcases up stairs. Just not good enough these days.

location is east to access from highway and it’s cheap
you can hear what is being said in the neighboring room, hallway and ect. very uncomfortable bed, couldn’t sleep

it was very clean and comfortable. the staff were very friendly and helpful. it was a short walk to the Metro. no tea or coffee making in the room but it was free at reception. very good for parking the car.

I needed an affordable hotel close to my first appointment. The hotel met this requirement perfectly.
I was surprised that the restaurant only reheats ready-made dishes. It was disconcerting, alright since there was no other option in the immediate vicinity. But one has to eat something.

Staff on the overnight reception were abrupt and unwelcoming, got a moan for having food delivered despite them having none available at the time.
