Møtte på en utrolig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig ansatt i resepsjonen. Hun gjorde alt for at vi skulle ha et fint opphold.

Suprug,ćerka i ja smo bili u periodu njihovog Božića tako da nas je svakoga dana čekala topla dobrodošlica uz topli glog i ukusne praznične kolačiće .Sala za doručak je jako prostrana ,a doručak izuzetno bogat i raznovstan .Hotel poseduje saunu i bazen gde nismo zatekli gužvu i gde smo posle skijaškog dana mogli da se malo opustimo..Lep ambijent ,lobi sa kaminina ,jako lepo dekorisano u skladu sa prazničnim raspoloženjem. 🎄🥳🥂🍾

Hotel se nalazi na uzbrdici grada ,ulica i prilaz hotelu nije bio dovoljno raščišćen pa smo naišli na poteškoće da se dovezemo autom do hotela.Ovaj hotel je takodje pet frandly tako da ćete pojedine goste videti kako u salu za doručak ulaze sa svojim ljubimcima što se meni lično nije dopalo i ako obožavam kućne ljubimce ,mislim da je neprimereno zbog ostalih gostiju ,nositi ljubimce u rukama i tim istim rukama dirati hranu i posudje .

Breakfast was better than dinner.

We were arranged one double and one single room though we clearly booked two twin/double rooms for a total of 4 persons. It took us much hassle to eventually solve the problem. Also, the buffet dinner which cost a lot fel farl short of expectations. Looked like they served leftovers from the buffet breakfast. We felt unhappy about the low quality of the buffet dinner and the waiter working there. He directed the four of us to the worst table the restaurant had. We needed to ask instead for a much better table. Why treating your guests like this when there were plenty of other table which were bigger with good views? We felt slighted. The dinner dining experience there was the worst in our 14-day trip in Norway.

Great place, quiet and peaceful.

We love the amenities of the hotel, their indoor and outdoor pools, the gym, the accessible bar & restaurant in the hotel and the kids room that is open until 9pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing & there are lots of options. The staff in the restaurant were accomodating.

No aircondition.. & Unlike the staff in Scandic Hafjell, Scandic Lillehammer staff at the reception were unwelcoming. When inquiring about where the breakfast buffet will be located, the staff assigned were laughing, what was funny about the question? if they are working in behalf of the regular staff for summer, they need to be adequately trained. The hotel cards were not working on the second day which was weird, and even if I paid for extension hours on the last day, the housekeeper knocked on our door for checked out, when i explained that we paid until 4pm she said she wasn’t informed. Miscommunication perhaps? This needs modification or address the problem to the staff assigned to avoid recurrence of the issue.

The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing and only a small extra charge. We paid for dinner which was also great and the free breakfast was perfect.

It was very hot in our room so we had to have the windows open all night. No other way to make the room cooler.

Breakfast was exceptional, the rest of it was ok for a nights stopover.

Breakfast was amazing! They also changed the hours for Saturday breakfast (making it available super early!) to accommodate big army of skiers participating in Birkebainerrennet ski race. Big kudos for that! Staff was very welcoming and responsive. Facilities were great. The SPA was awesome! I will return.

Nothing really from housekeeping perspective. The location is less competitive than other hotels closer to the town center. But that is a different story. And for us it actually was very convenient to be closer to the Hakon Hall.

breakfast was perfect... a lot of products and everything well made... room was quiet big enough and extremely clean.

old hotel, a lot of dust in the room with carpet floors, very normal breakfast for Norwegian standards, quite normal staff, having to ask/insist to get normal info that should be provided always at checkin, maybe in the past, but not worth 4 stars anymore imo.

Restaurant was overpriced, the fries to the burger was almost raw. The burger uninspiring. We ordered mayonnaise instead of ketchup for the fries but it took several reminders and 20 minuttes to get it. It should be a trivial request. Poor location far from center.

The spa looked great and the price was fair for the amenities provided.

The people in the spa left towels, bathrobes and cups EVERYWHERE, they were talking too loud and even had their phones in there, facetiming and such! The etiquette NEEDS to be done something with in order for me to wanna visit again. I also live in Lillehammer, so I could potentially visit the spa again more often, but only if something were to be done with the messy, loud and outright disrespectful visitors.

Lovely stay in perfect nature surroundings in Lillehammer spa hotel! We loved the room with bathtub, the peace and quiet in the room and in the hotel., and the wonderful spa and pool areas. We also had dinners in the restaurant with very good service and had a gift in the room as it was my birthday! Thanks to this, it felt like being in a luxury retreat, at the very best of winter with all white garden and sunny days.
