Удобное расположение, до центра 15 минут пешком. Хорошая кровать. Номера не новые, но чисто и комфортно.

Завтрак скудный, не на уровне 5 звезд. Цена за проживание завышена. За парковку оплата отдельно и дорого.

Great location and facilities

Everything, the hotel is absolutely outstanding, the service and the attention to detail makes you feel a valued customer. The location is great, next to a shopping centre and nearby several bars and restaurants located by the Danube river.

No complaints

I liked mostly location of the hotel. It is located next to the Danube river as part of Eurovea shopping mall complex with plenty of shops and restaurants around, and it is just few minutes by walk to the historical down town. I was also positively surprised how quiet the hotel was. With a combination of size of the room, big bed and perfect pillows, the stay there was really relaxing. The breakfast was OK. Not exceptional, nor bad, and people in the hotel were nice and professional.

Some details... obviously, they used stronger light bulbs in the lights at the hallways and the lamp shades where a bit burned. Also some wallpapers were not in 100% shape anymore.

The whole guest experience was great - no complaints at all.

I checked in quite late after a long journey and was looking forward for a good long night sleep. To my disbelief I was woken up at 7AM by drilling from the shopping mall which sounded like it was going from the room next there. The drilling went on for an hour. I got to know that this has been happening for quite a while and they can’t let them start drilling at a later point. Therefore stay away from this property if you need to sleep past 7AM on a weekday. The room might need some remodeling and updating on the furniture soon.

Location is fab. Between old town and river with a stretch of lovely restaurants and cafes on the river. Staff were also really friendly and helpful

I loved the breakfast length and it ending at 11am and I love the 24/7 gym.

Honestly, the wellness area wasn't that special, especially since you have to pay an extra 15 euros a day extra to use it. I have stayed in 4-star hotels with better wellness facilities that were INCLUDED in the room price.

Cosy, clean and comfortable rooms, exceptional beds, nice breakfasts

I like the location. When I left, I was lucky with the staff who were on shift, they helped me a lot with both the car and the luggage.

I arrived at the hotel at about 10 pm, by car, waited 10 minutes until the barrier in the garage was opened for me. Then a not very friendly man came who said that I had come to the wrong place. although I followed the signs (the hotel parking is combined with the parking of the shopping center) At the reception desk, they didn’t even offer to help me with the luggage, we dragged it ourselves. The hotel is very dilapidated.
