Air conditioning not functioning, hot water at the sink not working, shower nozzle broken, socket not working.

there was no shower door, so the water went everywhere in the bathroom. air conditioner was really loud. only had one thin blanket. blanket had a pink unknown stain on it.

The price of the property is extremely low. Check in was very easy and the staff on check in were very pleasant. Was able to park out the front of the room.

Unfortunately the room has a terrible smell of old mustiness and the cigarette smell was continual. The joined ground floor balcony could have been to blame as when I opened the curtains you could see a table outside covered in cigarette ash. The bathroom has a nice overall appearance apart from no thought has gone into the tiling when you shower water fills the whole bathroom floor. Tiles on the new floors cracked along with the bathroom sink having excess grout/glue. Mould growing in the filler on shower screen. The toaster in the room was filthy along with all the cupboards. 1 plate, a knife and spoon.

Carpet had a wet patch , found cockroach in the corner (alive) , was there for 4 nights and the room never got serviced or cleaned in that time , domestic argument at 5am one morning , and another at 10pm another night , loud and couldn’t sleep

1/.Tried to ring 3 times ...no answer. 2/. Room smelt of mould & cigarettes and did not represent the pictures on the website.... 3/. The people next door kept me awake all night....constant people in & out the room....door banging, loud conversation etc....hogging the outdoor setting for my room... 4/.Mattress old & sagging.

Everything it was dirty, noisy, doors not closing, no plates or cutlery or cups. Nowhere to put soap to have a shower. Just disgusting place

The staff were friendly.

The room was dirty, dusty and smelt like cigarettes. The heating was so loud that we couldn't sleep. There was only a thin blanket and one pillow that was so thin that it felt like I was sleeping on the mattress. The shower head, toilet seat and bathroom door were broken. There was mold in the grout and on the ceilings. Due to my allergies I could only stay one night.

We didn’t have breakfast. The location was very close to the sports area we were utilising

This place was filthy! I did take photos and talk to staff numerous times but they kept handballing me to the manager who never got back to me.
