The courtyard and the pool were enjoyable.

Our room was old, run down and dirty. I understand properties are dated but this should not be rented. The carpet is in such poor condition it is bunching in areas creating trip hazards, and it is stained beyond repair. I kept my shoes on the entire stay and couldn’t bare to let the children play on the floor. The walls are so damaged/scuffed they look dirty, and one had a hole in it. The blinds are not attached securely to the walls, one fell down. There was baby spew or something of the like down the side of our couch. Just gross and extremely disappointing to have to stay here for a long Easter weekend. No other rooms were available. The linen and towels were clean and the bathrooms were better. The staff were friendly and we tried not to be rude but it was truly just awful.

Apartment wasn’t very clean Aircon in bedroom ticked very loudly . Also a poorly placed window in the bedroom which streamed in light from the corridor. Mold and dust in the apartment

Good location, central to the city centre. Undercover and secure car park.

The rooms are very much in need of a deep clean and renovation. Holes in walls, multiple lights not working, noisy air conditioners, furniture in disrepair and generally not clean. It was very disappointing.

The gentleman who checked us in was exceptional and explained the area and places to see and eat and drink at. A great asset to the hotel.

The location and the facilities of the unit was great. Enjoyed the space, size of the units and practicality. The bathrooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly with regard to bookings.

The cleanliness wasn't good this time. I would spend a lot more time on cleaning and attention to detail. The floors/rugs, furniture and mirrors all not cleaned well, tables and chairs etc weren't cleaned under. Furniture was also heavily scuffed and there were stains on the carpets etc. We have been before when Cleanliness was better so hopefully this was just an off day.

Room size

The frame around microwave was lose and didn't allow easy access to the microwave without removing it.

The apartment was fantastic.
