Walls were paper thin my children had to listen to the couple next door having sexual encounters all night, could hear both sides of the walls bathroom plumbing, and conversations

Bed was great and room very comfy
Parking is abominable. Charging $75 for valet parking is extortion. We will never stay here again. At $370 with no breakfast included I find this just disgusting. We are a couple in our 70s who wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance of Optus stadium. Never again. Breakfast finishes at 10am which is reduculous with an 11am checkout. We arrived for breakfast at 9.40 to be told we’ll need to hurry together out by 10.15. Food was cold and the coffee machine was being cleaned at 9.55am. Just not up to standard for a so called top hotel.

The room was filthy! Long hair everywhere, did notify the staff and mini bar wasn’t stocked according to the menu, almost got charged for consumption of items they were never there in a first place! Did notify the staff. What a horrendous experience

Completely overpriced for families paying $500 for six children and three adults to have breakfast is absolutely criminal paying thousand dollars a day to be able to use gazebos because there’s no seats available for the children to use. The pool is absolutely criminal also

Ground floor was the first time I’ve experienced and I love it! So close to pool.
The pool was so cold after lunch time as the pool is in shadows from the tall buildings. The sun had gone pass over.

Short walk to train station, or longer scenic walk over the river into East Perth. Good, fast room service (including poolside at the tiny, freezing pool). Nearby TWR Bar was lovely.
As one of three hotels in the busy Crown Casino precinct, it can feel quite crowded and overwhelming, particularly as no-one is wearing masks any more. Prices are high. Wifi was choppy (difficult to maintain video calls for business meetings). No access to USB ports or chromecast in room TVs. No day-pass access to bigger pools in other two Crown hotels.
