The rooms were spacious and facilities were good as well. Had plenty of kitchen utensil and cutlery. All accessories such a fridge and microwave were clean. The bathrooms has washing machine and cloth dryers which were convenient. Parking was available in front of the room with secure gate access to the property. The room was facing the water which was quite good.
The bathroom was a bit outdated and needs to be renovated. The also also kept moving around a bit due to the wheels other wise was quite comfortable. The side facing the water could do with a bit of clean up. The bushes were outgrown and the views were obstructed plus a lot of flies.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The room I got the second time seemed to be recently upgraded and hence was newly painted and the bathrooms were renovated as well. The rooms were spacious and facilities were good as well. Had plenty of kitchen utensil and cutlery. All accessories such a fridge and microwave were clean. The room was facing the water which was quite good.
The side facing the water could do with a bit of clean up. The bushes were outgrown and the views were obstructed plus a lot of flies.

Outlook was pleasant, room was clean, front deck accomodating. Staff upon entry were extremely pleasant.
Unfortunately there were an unruly group of guests (we assume) in and around the pool playing their music, drinking beer from glass bottles (not supposed to be glass in pool area) swearing and generally being obnoxious.
Fortunately we ran the spa bath (paid extra for) before entering it. Brown gunk came out of jets so we didn’t use it.
When reported to reception (different person to those that greeted us on arrival) we were told that always happens with spa baths that have been installed years ago … poor response. No compensation or anything!
We then moved onto Port Lincoln were we enjoyed a perfectly clean spa bath that was installed years ago.

The only thing I could fault was exhaust fan in bathroom needing to be bigger, which most accommodation have the same problem.
