Checked in Thursday 4 July. Whole place smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke including the bedroom. I had my six year old daughter with me, she found it disgusting. The cleaners must surely have reported this when they cleaned the room, it was so strong there is no way it could have been overlooked. Very disappointed. Lifts were not working. Some customers and staff in the hotel had to wait 15-30 minutes to take a lift from a floor to the lobby on Friday 5 July. The clincher: no wifi.

Booked 2 x 2 bedrooms situated on floor 9, stayed 5 nights. Room was serviced once during our stay. Balcony with city view. Fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen amenities. Made use of the facilities, gym, spa and pool. Close to the mall, restaurants, shops, and public transport. Friendly staff :)

The great city view from our window. The location so close to transport and for shopping,eating etc. Good value for a 1 bed apartment in Sydney.

Our room 602 TV difficult to use no subtitles ( my husband has hearing difficulties)also a line running across the top of the screen shot 20 cm from top. We found the doona too warm and we're told there were no other options eg lighter doona or blanket. Pool was too cool and no change facilities.

We had family from Greece stay at the property. They loved it!! The location was great! Close to transport and stores. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfort room. Large 1 bedroom with everything you need.

The wifi security is poor. When you log on, you can see everyone else's devices!

Lovely views if you are lucky to get the right side of the building - sadly we got the non view side - but thats the luck of the drawer😀 pleasant staff, everything we needed for our stay & shops close enough to get anything else. Right on shopping centre, transport links etc

We were a little disappointed with the room being so dark and lack of windows. We previously stayed in tower 1 which was a much nicer outlook. I will make sure when booking again that we request a room in tower 1. Would also be good towels were replaced every day or second day.

It was clean and tidy. The rooms had great views of sydney. easy to find your way around.

Told the staff the dryer in the room had a major problem as it kept tripping the reset on the dryer (overheating and not venting out the back of the dryer). Got fobbed off by the man at the front desk saying it was normal. its not normal its a fire hazard as we have the sale dryer at home.

Location (public transportation directly below property) amenities ( Walking distance to mall, supermarkets etc). Views of area stunning. Very peaceful despite busy area.

Price of car parking a little steep per day. Maybe consider a discount for longer staying guests? We stayed 6 nights.

The location was a perfect central base to see everything we needed to see. The room was requested with a view which was not an issue from the staff.

The service on arrival in regards to check in and luggage being sent to the rooms was not ideal. The room had stored rubbish piled up outside the front door of the room and the cleanliness of the room was not up to scratch for the price. Amenities were not great with the shower temperature and pressure not working, the toilet seat was broken and the tap in the bathroom was leaking. My partner has a phobia of cockroaches and the outside back balcony was infested with them underneath the tiles which come out at night.

Location was amazing, and we even got upgraded to a harbor suite which was a huge bonus. I must say the pillows were amazing! Would you be able to tell me what brand. I've never slept so good when away from home. I will be coming back IN November and already look forward to my stay.

Sadly the water from the shower would end up outside even with all the doors closed. The seal was not doing its job and in one bathroom the door would not close.

Some of the bedrooms were very small with little room for luggage. We also had to ask the staff for fresh towels three times before we got them, as there was no housekeeping

Property was not clean at all. It also have some bad smell all around the room and in the corridor also.

Location excellent and staff very polite and helpful.

Poorly run from higher level of management resulting in facilities not up to standard. Air conditioner not working and took a long time to resolve ultimately impacting on our stay.

Loved the location, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Room was very spacious and clean.

Bedroom was a bit small, made it hard to get in/ out of bed on the wardrobe side with no bedside on that side.
