Heat in room, meant windows needed to be open. This meant M5 traffic noise.

Perfect location and all staff were incredibly friendly. Comfortable bed and everything clean. Fantastic breakfast.

The pub next door where we had evening meal was a little disappointing. I’m not sure whether they have any connection with the hotel. The only other thing is the cost of £25 for the dog. I think it’s a bit steep for one night’s stay but he did get a little treat bag and there was somewhere to eat breakfast with him so that was good.

Could hear the traffic from our room Lift was out of order which was difficult for me with the stairs esp taking suitcase up & down. We should have requested a ground floor room

We had a nice room although we could nere traffic when our window was open. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good

We stayed for one night. The room was excellent, the breakfast was very good, there was a nice selection to choose from

The location was very good and we were allocated a ground floor room as requested.

The pet friendly seating area for breakfast was very poor. There were only two normal height tables. Sitting at a 4ft high table holding a dog on a leash near a door is not a good idea. Most mornings the area was full of workers waiting for their colleagues.

The bathroom was not clean. Quite a few hairs in the sink when we arrived and the toilet pan was not clean. Also, It didn’t feel like the bedroom had been cleaned properly.

Good value for money. Breakfast had a good variety. Easy to find the hotel and also a quiet hotel, especially when you have kids that need to sleep early.

The sofa bed could have better quality. It was ok for one night but I would struggle if I needed to sleep on the sofa bed any other night.

Shower had no pressure and the water was cold. When we told the person on reception, they just said “no problem” and that they would look into it, which was incredibly unhelpful for us as we were checking out.
