The toilet didn’t work.

Located in a very central place!

Pretty near to the heart of the city and the palace of popes.

A bit old and the windows was facing to some wall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Danieli. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself offered everything we could wish for. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a good choice of breakfast foods in the modern stylish dining room. The hotel was located in a beautiful building situated in a central position on the Rue de la Republique. It was very convenient for all the tourist attractions in the city as well as the shops, restaurants, the tourist office and the railway and bus station. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the beautiful city of Avignon.

Hotel Danieli is in the centre of Avignon and very close to all shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and had an air con unit which was quiet and very effective. Bathroom was very smart and up to date. Shower had good pressure and water was nice and hot. The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful.

Very centrally located in the old part of the town. The rooms & bathroom were clean. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

The entrance to the hotel was not on the street but a little inside the building, which felt strange. The rooms were small and overlooked directly into another building at the back. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night ( Room#204) and it was complete HORROR !!! - The decoration in the hotel dates back to 1980s - refer photo - No parking space nearby while upon booking said free parking. We paid 38€ for 2 days parking !!! - Worst breakfast ever ! I expect better quality for 10€/pax in standard buffets- refer photo - Dirty bed sheet + dirty towels + dirty bathroom + unclean electric kettle + stuffy room + many more broken fixtures - Due to unclean bedding, I have rashes over my body. Told the staff the next day and they changed/sanities the room again Overall please avoid this hotel !

Very basic and worn out hotel

awful smell when we got to the room after being all day outside touristing, a smell like fumigation; we had to sleep with the window open and it was freezing outside. ended up with a cold… we asked for help at the reception, but since it was 10pm no one helped us because apparently it was too late, and the person there was not responsable for the rooms. also the shower was broken, and the bathroom’s ceiling was full of mold. with all of what happened we decided not to try the breakfast… I was hoping for some kind of compensation after complaining the next morning… but nothing!

Beautiful place and great location, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, just like sleeping on cloud. :D

A great location close to main sites. We had a quiet double room on the second floor with good facilities. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Air conditioner in the room was not really up to the job but it did cool the room down a little. No lift meant carrying suitcases to the second floor. Parking in a public car park was a little way away by a convoluted route around the old town, but the hotel never pretended any differently and made the process of offloading bags and guiding to the parking as easy as possible.
