Comfortable clean rooms with friendly staff. Great location for Bath central. Having parking, be it on first come basis was great.

Location is quiet but yet walkable to Bath centre. Parking available for 24 hours at cost of 15 pounds, a bit steep but saves you the trouble to find parking in Bath city centre. Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's rest.

Room not eligible for IHG points because it was booked via 3rd party platform and supposedly cheaper rate.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The wonderful lady who worked at breakfast made our day start the right way, she was great with the kids. Good bar selection. Comfortable bed although the sofa bed in our room could do with a thicker mattress for the kids, it was too thin for adults to sleep on.

The car park isn't particularly big and if you don't arrive by late afternoon all of the official spaces are gone but it was reasonably priced and we were fortunate enough to be able to park.

Breakfast was good, plates were nice & hot hood variety of food

O atendimento na Recepção é muito bom, o ambiente é agradável no geral, a localização mesmo sendo um pouco longe do centro, é boa. O café da manhã ea limpeza das suítes poderiam ser melhor, assim como a limpeza das xícaras e outros utensílios alimentares.

No café da manhã não tem frutas variadas e com facilidade no consumo (cortadas, sem casca ...) , não oferecem frios (presuntos, queijos, salames ...), não arrumaram/limparam a suíte, apenas retiraram o lixo e mal estenderam a coberta na cama.

I was woken up at 1.50am and 3.10am by guests that were smoking outside the hotel. I felt maybe the staff could've asked them to keep the noise down.

Friendly staff,very helpful and kind.

There was a troublesome family staying at the hotel who were loud and brash,used bad language (even the children).They even set off the fire alarm in one of their rooms whilst people were enjoying breakfast and had to evacuate the hotel. Needless to say this spoiled our stay.

Could ahve a few more choices for the bar menu in the evenings, what there was, was fab though.

Air conditioner of the room with too much noise really disturbing to sleep. No dinner option for kids if you do not want to leave the Hotel to eat. Also the prices on the menu are really expensive for what is offered.

The location is good, value for money is excellent and the breakfast was more than adequate.

The car park is a bit hit and miss. The spaces are not reserved so if you go out for the evening you can return to no space and have to go searching. Also expensive at £15/24 hours if you are there for a number of days.

The staff were exceptionally nice, especially the night staff, as they done there upmost and they was very welcoming , and made my evening very enjoyable

The bedding was soiled don’t like doors in between the rooms . Should be free parking . Also very expensive. The cost of this for 1 night for 4 people. Was the price of an apartment in Plymouth for 4 people for 3 nights

Breakfast was ok but nothing special, but as included in the price I can’t complain. Fried eggs would have been nice instead of just scrambled

Plenty of parking albeit chargeable. The hotel is very clean and well-presented. Room sizes are very good. I particularly liked the sofa and the funky work table over the sofa.

Very central Hotel with only a 15min walk into the city centre. Staff was very accommodating for those who stay, knowledgeable about the area and are always will to help. Breakfast was good, with a range of options. The room was very clean and comforting.

The only issue was the shower, lacked power and the head always needed adjusting due to wear and tear. Other than that we couldn’t complain.

we loved the staff and location. easy walking distance from town without being right in the center of it. breakfast was extensive and tasty and loads of choice.

honestly, if you are a family with kids over 10 years old, do not book here, or book 2 rooms. the sofa bed is not a double, it’s a king single at the best, so you don’t have room for larger children to share this bed. other than this, it was honestly a great stay.

The room was really clean quiet and fresh, location was great for the town centre, it was a short walk to all the main attractions and historical sites. Inclusive breakfast was good with lots of hot and cold choices, many different tea's and coffee's. Altogether a good well run hotel well pleased with our short stay.

Car parking was dear and restricted. Apart from this could not find fault

We arrived ahead of check in and were able to secure our luggage easily. The location was a little away from the main attractions but it wasn't difficult to access those areas. Breakfast was delicious and we gave notice ahead of time we'd need the cot/foldout bed set up and it was ready and waiting (and larger than expected) when we arrived.

The foldaway bed made the room feel smaller and more difficult to navigate was but that was expected and could have been far worse.

The breakfast was good and the room provided everything we needed for our stay. Staff were helpful.

The room was a family room with a sofa bed for the children but it was really really cramped. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and we found out afterwards that it was meant for 12 year olds even though I made it clear one child is 16. When I queried this I was told that it was fine for adults but this was not true and it was very clear why it was suitable for 12 year olds. This was very misleading indeed and I should have been offered a refund for 1 child or a discount. The room was extremely hot at night as it was so cramped and we couldn't open the window as it was so noisy.
