Nella camera non c’è una presa schuko nemmeno in bagno… per computer e phon e indispensabile , in camera nessun servizio che possa giustificare ne il prezzo richiesto ne tantomeno le stelle dell hotel ..colazione dozzinale… anche scarsa

Da estrutura do hotel, tudo!
Mas a localização se for para conhecer os pontos turísticos não recomendaria! Não é culpa do hotel pois, a estação fica uns 10min de caminhada mas, a estrutura de locomoção na cidade, terrível! Parece pais de terceiro mundo! Se estiver fazer tour na Itália, na cidade de Florence , o transporte público é bem aquém por ser uma cidade da euro. A cidade é bem suja, o transporte foi a pior experiência de toda a Europa! Lembra muitas cidades pobres do Brasil.

There was a light broken in the bathroom the First day, then afterwork it fixed and I didn't say anything, very good.
The location and entrance are not the best. The restaurant doesn't have big selection but anyway very good.

Room and interior decoration were fine.
This is the least pet friendly hotel I have visited. They demanded €25 for the dog for the night, But wouldn't allow him to be left in the room unaccompanied nor could he go into the bar, restaurant or breakfast rooms. So we couldn't eat in the hotel.
The hotel is in a rubbish industrial and poor apartment area with no decent restaurants anywhere near.
The outside of the hotel looked like a prison and the surrounding area looked so rough we drove straight past not realising we had arrived.
There was nowhere anywhere near the hotel to exercise a dog!
If that wasn't bad enough a digger started up at 07.00 in the morning right outside our room.

the temperature in the room was too high due to the central heating and could not be controlled from the room. i had to keep the window open to compensate. there was smell of cigarette from time to time coming from the bathroom ventillation. there was a garage, thet is good, but with no direct access to the hotel, and the hotel is located in n industrial area, didnt feel too safe at night. the towels were changed after the first use despite if I left them hanging,

When I sat on the chair at the dressing table, two nails stuck into my bum. The material was nonexistent around the nails, so it has been like that for a while.
The dining room chairs were all very badly stained. Very, very tacky.

the hotel had a classic decoration, very clean and neat. very friendly staff, lots of free private parking spaces. I was even able to receive an adapter for the electricity plugs, since none of my electronics managed to get plugged-in to charge.
the breakfast oke, everything was cleaned and removed just before 10:30 so you couldn’t pick anything else if you were running late for breakfast
