I have stayed here many times before, albeit not for some time. The hotel is convenient for travel to all terminals at Heathrow via nearby bus routes. Rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant has a viewing terrace where you can relax and watch the aircraft should you want to.
Not the hotels fault, but there were many inconsiderate people noisily using the corridor near my room during the evening that included letting children run amok. People need to understand it is an airport hotel with people wanting to rest well before taking early flights or relax and recover after a flight. Via their own survey, I've suggested that the hotel could put up prominent 'Quiet Zone' signs as per the Premier Inn to help alleviate this problem.

As a motel for an overnight stay near the airport, although its facilities are somewhat outdated, it is very cost-effective for the price, and the breakfast is excellent. I will recommend it if you focus on cost-effective.

This hotel is idea for an early flight, it has a small Pod train that takes you into Terminal 5 which is very easy (and fun :)) - rooms are pretty basic but comfortable, the bar, terrace and food is good and fairly priced.
Lighting in the room could have been a bit brighter but generally the room serves its purpose. It was comfortable and clean.

Room was perfect for overnight stay and early departure. Booked taxi worked a treat. On time and very polite. Aviator restaurant was excellent with good food selection and great service. Watching planes take off -matchless.

Can be quite noisy with lots of groups staying in the hotel. Don’t bother with the overpriced “pod” monorail - the bus is just as easy.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay before flying to New York the next day. It's located close to Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5 and I used a hotel driverless pod to travel to the airport which was fun and quick! I also liked the inclusive cooked buffet breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and made me feel welcome.
The bathroom bin was rusty and didn't open with pedal.

Good price , quick to get to terminal via pods accessed easily from hotel. There was a problem with our room having not been cleaned but staff responded quickly and dealt with it in a very professional manner. Restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

I enjoyed the 24 hour self-service shop. I found the bed to be comfortable and the television worked fine. The shower was alright. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The light switch next to the bed was convenient.
The shop doesn't have a very wide range of items. The television had a lot of foreign content but less enhlish ones than usual. Its also a shame that the internet on the tv didn't work. The showers did not get hot enough. The ac did not get particularly cold.

Good value for money. Everything you need from an airport hotel for a quick stopover.
We travelled between LHR T5 and the hotel with the pods. This is an excellent way to travel but we didn’t find clear information about how to access and use the pods, either at LHR T5 (even some staff at LHR didn’t know what they were, and there are no signs except for “POD parking”), or on the hotel website/ info on Booking (that I could find). Recommend making clearer advertising about the pods, for weary travellers to plan in advance and find easily.

It's the perfect place to stay for those early morning flights. The view of the runway was a real bonus and the soundproofing was amazing!
The room was a little stuffy but that's the price to pay for good soundproofing.
