Le petit déjeuner était très bien, varié, du choix. Chambre petite mais propre et confortable. Une bouilloire en plus avec des tisanes aurait été super.

Le fait qu'on me débite 2 fois le paiement avec un traitement du remboursement long, peu réactif. La salle de bain est petite et la douche bizarre avec un système de raccordement via le lavabo !

I don't like the information disk or wr can say reception they are rude, and the hotel is a layer they didn't put a real photo for the room and they don't have safe 😒 and when I want return back my money they refuse I stuck. I don't understand why booking put this hotel they are bad in everything 😩😒

The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very good. I would stay there again but maybe in a room with a bigger bathroom.

The bathroom was a little small and it took some time to get used to it since it wasn't a traditional bathroom. More like a shower/toilet cabin on a train.

Staff can speak english and very accomodating

The elevator is too small and was locked out twice, had to push/pull door hard to go out

The hotel room served me well for what I needed. It was always clean, the staff was helpful and nice and the location is just 5 minutes from the city centre of Boulogne, so if you do not expect 5 star quality, then you will be surely content.
