Staff very helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble.. Hotel clean and the location was great. Loved the riverside view dinning area .

only that it wasn’t dog friendly but the pooch stayed in the car so mo problem really

the receptionist was brilliant customer service was second to none. the bed was really uncomfortable especially for my fiancée as she is pregnant did both our backs the views was amazing. we went to breakfast was greeted by an older lady she was lovely who took our order. then a younger woman came we asked for tea she brought us coffie and couldn’t really be bothered doing her job to say the value of money you pay the breakfast was shocking I don’t eat egg so thought I would of had more sausage or bacon I got one sausage 2 bacon hash brown and beans wasn’t the best breakfast to be honest.

Nice location along with good food and great staff.

The bed was too firm so didn't sleep much the first night. But after mentioning this to a staff member they went and put an extra duvet on top of the mattress which meant we slept a lot better on the second evening.

Peace and quiet at night. very good breakfast only not fit for diabetics all low fat full suger youghts. no full cream milk

We were staying for a wedding nearby and the hotel is right on the water a really lovely location on a nice summers day I can imagine! We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the room we had was very spacious with a walk in shower..

Just a comment: It was a little dark in the room the lighting could be better .

I have used this hotel many times and it always meets with approval. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good evening meals and breakfasts; along with being a great location for work.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Food served at breakfast and the restaurant was exceptional and very good value for money. The Inn itself is set in a beautiful location but close to Blackpool Town centre and many beautiful villages, towns and other seaside resorts. Would definitely stay here again.
