Very friendly staff, quiet room to the garden

the staff is very nice and the location is also near the train station

i expect to pay deposit instead of keeping my passport for renting the hair dryer

Convenient location with a short walk to main Lyon Par Dieu station and tram interchange. Quiet area with a few local supermarkets and shops. Limited eateries. Room was clean and functional and staff were helpful.

I liked the room and convenience but the area is very much a dormitory suburb in apartment blocks ... but only a long walk or a tram away from Lyon central so even that wasn't too bad.

Budget room available on short notice. The room was fairly spacious and as clean as it could be. I like that there is an underground private parking garage.

Everything in the room and surrounding areas seemed very tired. The sink was blocked, so the water was taking a long time to drain. You could hear everything going on around the hotel. A family must have stopped and had a whole conversation in the lobby which could be heard very clearly whilst we were trying to sleep.

Great location, comfortable apartment with a nice balcony. Also there is a small kitchen with basic utensils. In short, we had everything we needed for a 3 night stay.

The apartment was simple but comfortable. It was clean and we had everything that we needed for a one night stay. We were able to make a simple meal and to prepare breakfast. The check in staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious en clean, with the added advantage of a real kitchen with a fridge, two hotplates, pans and other utensils. Plus all the cups and plates you need for a short stay. I liked the little desk where I could do some typing. Everything is quite simple, no luxury of plush, but I rather have a simple kitchen than no kitchen. And the bed was very good. I also very much likes the ladies at the reception who were super friendly and helpfull. With real smiles.

The neighborhood is a bit boring, but then the walk to the other side of Part Dieu Train station was nog very long. The form want me to talk more about this but I'll be damned if I'm going to invent negative commentary because the form wants more words.

It was quiet, clean, they had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast was good but rather crowded.

The ventilation system was noisy and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The utensils in the room were not clean.

Wouldn't check in b4 4pm. Gave me room outside of a smoking dining area. Noisy. Smoke came in room. Sat tv only had 20 channels. They make you drop trash off and wash dishes.
