Leisure centre was fantastic, bar staff and function room staff were professional and efficient. The food was good. The bedroom badly let the place down.

The room was not clean and freezing cold. The bathroom had mould, a cracked sink, stained and dirty waterproofing around the taps and bath, chipped mirror and bath. The bed room had cobwebs, dust and dirt around the radiator, paint was filthy and bubbling paint from the damp . During the night it rained and the ceiling started leaking down onto a lamp on the bed side locker and wetting the bed.

Location

The bath was very dirty and had not been cleaned, staff agreed and it was done while we left the room.

Comfortable great value for money food was fabulous staff so pleasant and efficient
