I was at a room right off the stairs and the stairs door was very noisy and there was banging late on in the night and I was working the next day

Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were very good and the staff were attentive in the dinning room.

The only issue was the shower was really bad. The water was dripping out and not getting warm. My husband gave up because the water he could get in the morning was like a trickle. We thought maybe it was our room but we had a 2nd room also for our family on the other end of the building and they had the same issue. My husband told the front desk and they were just like "sorry".

We had dinner and it was excellent, and staff so helpful.

Scrumptious breakfast!

Great location close to train station. Amazing cooked breakfast with perfectly cooked poached / fried eggs. Great friendly staff.

We were at the back of the hotel where we heard a lot of noise from people outside leaving a function. Even though the window was closed, we could hear them a lot.

Excellent hotel food very good friendly staff service excellent nice and warm.

The shower was very slippery needs shower mats.

The rooms are comfortable, the food is very good and reasonably priced and the location very useful for town. Above all however, this is a very friendly and welcoming place to be. The staff are outstanding and deliver an excellent service. They are all very helpful, cheerful and friendly.

Tidy and just refurbished

The intense smell of the air freshener when we opened the door of the room, making us feeling sick and fearing that they try to cover up something smelly… but this fortunately evaporated after some time

We were able to have one dinner and 2 plates. Being older we cannot eat large portions and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our first meal so much that we entertained a relative the next night.

Room was a little small for two but perfectly adequate.

The room was closed to a motor which makes noise all night while there was no airco in the room

Service was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. breakfast was good, a few things I would have preferred different but that is personal taste.

Dinner was a bit disappointing as the vegetarian guest wanted a dish from the menu but it was not available, this was at 6pm. It would have been better to be told this on arrival.
