Everything was perfect. The room was spacious with terrace in front to the pool, the breakfast had a lot of variety amd the service was perfect. They ride you to the main attractions so is easy to enjoy the centrum without thinking about parking

it’s about 15-20 minutes walking to city center but their shuttle service is great!.

We have been coming to this hotel for the third year, there were small disagreements at the beginning, but everything was resolved quickly. We really like the hotel, so we are coming back. The hotel is very beautiful, spacious swimming pool,extremely beautiful nature, service, cuisine, we liked everything very much.

Hotel is very old and not well kept - needs a paint job. Staff were fine but not up to par with 5* hotel.

The transfer with the car to the city center and back is fast and is a plus! The pools and the gardens are nice, the cleaning service in the room is good.

The management should be fired fast, they are a disaster! 1. We waited around 40 minutes for a Coffee at breackfast and one hour for pancakes. The restaurant doesn't have food in the evening, they told us after an hour after they took the order that they don't have bred, that the beef and some other dishes are finished and our kids where crying of hungry. After a lot of discussions they bring some food from another restaurant in the city. 2. They charged extra bed for kid even if they didn't provide and we didn't ask. 3. The management send me an email that if I will write this on Booking they will talk with all the hotels in St Tropez not to receive us enymore and with Booking also to bann us. I will attache the photo with the email. I traveled a lot but the experience in this hotel was horror. For 1000 euro per night with no services and bad managers and chantage from that part better go in other 5 stars hotel! This in not 5 stars hotel!

The service is very bad and very late

The service in the restaurant does not meet 5 stars. The breakfast staff was not prepared at all to serve an almost full hotel, the were just too slow and did not clean the table quick enough, forgot orders and did not fill up with water, glasses, plates etc so we had to ask for it every morning. Unfortunately, they need at least one more staff member or a better manager who preps his / her staff better. Sorry, just too low level of service, meets a 3 star hotel. This made us not wanting to have lunch nor dinner at the restaurant. If just the restaurant would have worked better, the total experience would have been so much better sine the hotel is good and nice location, clean etc. Missing point also is a gym, for a 5 star hotel one expects a gym.
