Em primeiro lugar o atendimento incrível do hotel. Todos os funcionários foram super atenciosos. Minha amiga não estava se sentindo bem e permitiram late check out, excepcionalmente. Fomos super bem tratadas. O segundo ponto que eu mais gostei foi a localização excelente e o café da manhã com muita variedade e tapioca feita na hora. Por todos esses motivos, já me hospedei no hotel algumas vezes.
Apesar de todos os pontos positivos e que acaba sendo um hotel com um bom custo-benefício, por ser um hotel mais clássico e um pouco antigo, poderiam avaliar uma reforma nos quartos para que ficassem mais novinhos. No quarto que fiquei dessa vez o banheiro estava muito antigo e sem box de vidro. Já fiquei em quartos melhores que talvez sejam um pouco mais caros.Fora isso foi tudo impecável.

Poucas vagas e ter que parar o carro longe, em local descoberto ao relento do tempo, não é a melhor opção para um hotel desse porte.

Se a qualificação do hotel fosse3 estrelas, ok. Estava perfeito.
Mas, para um hotel 4 estrelas, ainda que em ambiente de praia, o hóspede não quer fazer fila ou ter que marcar hora para café da manhã. Não quer tomar café no calor, suando. Isso é na praia. Precisa mesmo melhorar esse aspecto.

O quarto tinha uma banheira maravilhosa e uma varanda também muito boa. Os funcionários são atenciosos e prestativos. A área da piscina é boa.
O hotel é antigo e os proprietários não atualizaram a decoração. A cama não é confortável. O café da manhã deixou a desejar em relação aos anos anteriores.

The most depressing hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Worse than a hospital, no decorations, not a comfortable welcoming environment, makes the hotel seem super cheap. glad I only stayed 1 night.

Great breakfast & far enough away from the crowds at Pipa for a nice relaxing getaway. There's really nothing I could've wanted more from our stay at Sun Bay.
While I liked that it was far from the night life crowds, it would have been great to be a little closer to a beach. You really need to drive to get to any of the good ones, which was a bit of a bummer.

Breakfast was ok, good variety of food, juices and coffee. But there was usually a long line for the tapioca as there was only one person making them. The staff was friendly and polite. And the feijoada was really great!
Although we had to wait until 2pm for check in, the room wasn't properly clean, with a lot of sand on the floor. The mattress was hard and the sheets were stained and smelled like mold. The shower didn't heat properly. Everything had to be done via Whatsapp as they don't have a telephone or intercom in the rooms. But them the internet was really slow. They had a system for breakfast where you'd get a color band depending on the hour you wanted to eat (like 8, 9 or 10 am), but that wasn't enforced properly, so people ignored it and it was a whole mess. The restaurant prices were a bit expensive IMHO.

Room: Very basic, despite the hydro in the bedroom. Poor maintenance. Needs repairs, and lots of TLC around the property. A bit of care.
Pool: Excellent! And the fact there are other pools in the Resort, makes a difference too. Just disliked the loud music.
Breakfast was quite okay. Indeed a variety of food.
Most of the staff were great and very friendly and kind. One or another did not have the same friendliness, though.
I guess it lacks good management. A better and more personal approach to the clients would have been nice. Plus, it needs maintenance around the complex. Take a look! The garden was nice.

The pool is greate. The green area they have is really beautiful.
The shelf to put shampoo and other stuff in the bathroom was loose. Also, the shampoo dispenser didn't release much shampoo so it took time for my girlfriend, that has long hair and need more, while having a shower. We also complained about it but they didn't fix it.

it is easy to be go to places around pipa and near by beaches. Nice workers at the hotel.
The room needs to be remodeled. IT is old and the bathroom needs a lot of clean and bedding needs to be upgraded.
