Boa localização e boa estrutura.

Tive um tênis furtado na varanda do Chalé. Informei imediatamente ao resort. Praticamente não houve assistência, só houve retorno dos meus pedidos de visualização das câmeras após insistir, só respondiam pelo WhatsApp e no dia seguinte e de forma vaga. Não houve empenho em buscar solução para o furto, não houve comunicação por parte do hotel, a fim de trazer alguma assistência ao fato, assistência para a confecção de um registro de ocorrência na Polícia Civil. Não houve comunicação entre os funcionários do dia seguinte. O furto foi comunicado na sexta feira e os funcionários do sábado não sabiam de nada. Saí no domingo sem nenhuma solução, assistência ou retorno.

. great location, beautiful views of the sea and sunset . beautiful property with lots of trees abs plants . rooms are spacious and clean . nice pool . staff is very friendly and helpful

. AC doesn’t work that well so the room is a little warm . food is not very good. Breakfast has very few options. . lunch and dinner were very expensive and the quality and quantity of food were not great. . access to the rooms is precarious, consisting of narrow paths with irregular flooring. it is not very accessible.

Location and staff

Need more attention for avoiding some insects to get into the room. There are some gaps in the bath tube that allowed a scorpion to get into the room. Something very terrifying when you have kids too.

I loved the views the area the rustic feel and the jacuzzi.

The shower was only cold water.

The location is incredible, the beds are really comfy, great view of the sunset, beautiful seating spaces to relax and there are some good activities to do during the day. The breakfast was ok.

I wasn't allowed to bring my Golden Retriever, despite being a pet friendly hotel. The cleaning service could've done a better job cleaning the floor and the seating area in front of the apartment. Some towels didn't have a good smell and the AC was leaking.
