Personal treatment. As soon as I wanted something they helped straight away. For example - my fridge didn't work as good and they replaced it immediately. I was late for breakfast closing time but they made me a special one. The staff was very helpful - especially Sara, very kind employee, she gave me lots of info about the city! Thanks Big bathroom

Perfect location for an overnight stay on our roundtrip. Very nice and helpful stuff. Good breakfast. Great value for money.

One bed had a very thin mattress, that the manager got it changes the next morning. It was further than we expected.

Anyway all I can say is for me everything was excellent, I have travelled to about 48 countries in Africa, Europe and Asia, and really I'm satisfied with what I have seen in your property,

To create a smoking area in the property would have been lovely

Receptionist was unable to check up booking.com reservation and i was forced to wait. However upon checking by young competent lady receptionist glad to say all settled up well.
