metrolijn loopt onder het hotel door waardoor het gebouw om de paar minuten trilt en er veel kabaal is. tv was in het kroatisch of pools ingesteld. er hing een schimmelgeur in de kamer.

Staff was excellent

The room was lovely, nice and clean and the bed was oh so comfy - bathroom was a little small, but perfect for me as I'm small myself but could be too small for larger people. All the staff I spoke with were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for me - there are restaurants nearby and plenty of shops and it's very easy to get into central Paris for all the tourist stuff (Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc.) plus to other sides of Paris and also there are tourist things to do within the are itself too

Comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, kettle and fridge. Very helpful in providing a place to assemble our bikes after plane flight, place to keep bikes safely overnight, and store the bike travel bags until we return from our cycle tour.

Very comfortable bed. Well utilised space and well equipped room. Staff very helpful and very gracious about my broken French.

Could feel the metro through the floor but can't be helped and you zone it out after a while. Didn't impact upon sleep.

Everything was great, the room was very pretty, we had a nice view from the balcony. It wasn't cold in the apartment at all, we just asked for another blanket when we arrived, cause it was cold with just one. Reception was always available for any questions and they speak English well. Breakfast was amazing and had a variety of options for everyone, personally my favorite were the chocolate pastries, best I ever had. We had an amazing stay and we will definitely come to this hotel again if we ever come back to Paris, I recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Elevator is only a little small.

Clean, Comfortable, good breakfast and very welcoming staff. It's around 20mins away from the centre by metro to the main attractions.

There is the metro passing beneath the hotel, but didn't really bother us.

We are really happy about the location. The hotel is really close to the subway station, you can easily reach all Pairs.

We have to check-in after 3 pm, we arrived a bit early so we had to wait till the room was ready. Luckily, the front desk upgraded our room because of the waiting.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room set in a pretty neighbourhood. Although we had read in the previous reviews that the metro was noisy it did not bother us in the slightest!

Loved the location right beside a metro on the edge of the 12th arr. it’s not a particularly tourist area (which gives it a really authentic ambience) but it’s only a few stops to the main sights. Really comfortable well appointed room and superb continental breakfast (the freshest flakiest pastries). Great value for money too

The decoration

The metro is passing just under the hotel, the first floor bedrooms are shaking each time. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from the other guests. It is impossible to sleep in this hotel! The guy at the reception faked he didn't know, come on you work here mate! He proposed though to change my room after first night but I didn't go for it. The quality of this hotel is bad, I am not recommanding at all if you want to sleep!

Rooms were tiny. Breakfast was very poor! Area quiet loud.. Wouldn't recommend

The location is out of the city, around a 30 min taxi to most popular attractions. Beside a metro but would take longer than a car.
