The staff was excellent, so was the breakfast and dinner, the rooms were good and clean and location was great

The outcome of my cancellation of my sister's booking since my mother died and she could not come and there was no free cancellation I think that this was unseen or nobody could dream about what happened, but the hotel should have some terms in these times Though my stay was pleasant and there was nothing to complain about

Everything about are stay was amazing. The staff were so friendly and food was out of this world. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be back.☺️☺️☺️

Comfortable beds, nice towels, air conditioning is silent enough to sleep with it turning on, breakfast was very good, close to all attractions, several restaurants around. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy, staff speaks English.

there were some expired items like canned apricot and cooked eggs at breakfast buffet. also cappuccino in the coffee machine had chocolate, but maybe it is Portuguese way to make cappuccino
