The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The location is great!

There is a terrace which cannot be accessed which is a bit of a shame.

the hotel itself is nice and has good facilities and the rooms and beds were comfortable

the area is not nice at all. from what I remember a couple of years ago, this area was much safer and quieter but on arrival there was roadworks happening all around the hotel through the night and from very early in the morning and there is a small park out the front of the hotel where lots of young people hang around drinking and smoking all night. it’s extremely loud and difficult to get a good night sleep until after 4am when the clubs and bars close but then it’s loud again from 7am with the road works. unfortunately it was a less than ideal location for us and I was shocked that this was not highlighted enough when booking as it completely ruined our last night in Colombia.

The beds were so comfy and very clean. The location is fantastic, safe area - no problems and very friendly staff!

The wifi did not work when we arrived, and it was on/off during our day which isn't ideal if you are new to the city, don't have a phone sim or need to do any work! There was only one life and often very busy / long to wait! We were staying on floor 3 and the noise was so loud, the corridors were thin so not only could you hear the clubs/parties till 4am but also people coming home drunk too!

During the night there was a lot of noise because of the discotheque located around the Hotel.

The front desk person and the location were great! great breakfast and service.

They refused to get me medical assistance or call a ambulance. After pleading for an hour. I having to drive myself to a hospital

Large clean well appointed room ,lovely comfy beds. The breakfast was dekiciuid with good mix of fresh fruit and cooked . Staff v helpful. Would stay again

The location is simply excellent! Very near to night life, restaurants, shops... Also we felt safe to walk around. The staff was always very friendly and willing to help. They accepted later check in without extra charging us. Breakfast also great. Since the hotel is very near to night life, we asked them to place us in a hotel with less noise. We were there on the weekend and were able to sleep without problems with ear plugs.

It’s not soundproofed at all. Good luck in ANY of the rooms. The place is surrounded by night clubs and bars and you’ll hear every scream and cry through the whole night
