Staff at reception. Lock out.. Heater in room when turnied on the plug got VERY HOT this could have been dangerous. Might have caused a fire. Not good.

Closeness to our relative's home and visiting her. Clean.

No dishcloth to wipe up any spills and help with dishes. No flannels. Holes in the walls of bathroom and paint peeled off walls in the living area. If it has been cheaper I wouldn't have minded but $290 for one night was too high. Better if about $195.

Was horrible. Had to wait like 30 minutes to get the keys and didn't even apologise. Says rooms were noise proof and they weren't. Was expensive, have stayed at motels way less and much better service.

Lights not working, rubbish outside, tagging on fence within complex, broken security latch, noisy fridge in room, no bath plug, reception attendant was good.

Nothing was good about this motel.

Apart from making me and other customer wait over half an hour to open the door to reception in the middle of a storm to check-in it was filthy rubbish everywhere the site had bad grounds maintenance l. I booked this motel for my friends to babysit my 1 month old baby if I had known it was that disgusting I would never of went to that motel. It used to be a beautiful clean nice motel about 6 or so years ago but obviously something between then and now has happened because now it's a disgrace. They only had a few rooms available and none that were on this site saying they had spa pools and things like that when they only had crummies one studio apartment rooms available is every other room was having major. Do not recommend 0 out of 5 stars

The location is great and the room was nice and quiet. Good pillows - not too big and hard like some places.

Fresh milk is supplied by almost all NZ motels. The little UHT pods are environmentally unfriendly and taste horrible. The bedroom and bathroom are tired. Cigarette burns in headboard and basin. There was a cockroach in the bin. Everything felt like the bare minimum. Bed was soft and bouncy. No cloth for wiping kitchen counter. Just OK.

Bed. Was uncomfortable poor.

The only thing I liked was that the door locked!

It was the most disgusting accommodation I have ever stayed in, as soon as checking in I tried to find something else in Hamilton but there were no suitable options. It was dirty, most lightbulbs missing, unsafe power switches, the shower was held together with insulation tape, the jug was broken, kitchen was incredibly basic, no facecloths, cockroaches, graffiti, ripped falling down curtains, nowhere to hang clothes, the list goes on but the worst is the cleaner stole from me. I would never ever stay here again & it was definitely not what was pictured on Booking.com

The location in Hamilton was very convenient.Clean unit.

Sparse provisioning, eg just one pillow each, no spare blankets, only 2 of each piece of cutlery, no other utensils if we wanted to use microwave, no dishcloth for wiping surfaces. Outside needs a spruce up, heages trimmed etc.

1. Not clean!! The bedside tables looked like that they were infected by mould. If fact inside one draw was ‘tagged’ with a felt pen. 2. The Kettle was old and look unclean and possibly dangerous to use. 3. The room had an underlining smell. Mouldy or stale, but unpleasant non the less. 4. No Soap. Dispensers in shower empty or hard to use. 5. No floor mat in bathroom. 6. No teaspoons!!! 7. Towels old. 8. Grounds unkept. 9. Indifferent reception. 10. Room featureless

The rooms were adequate for 1 night as we arrived late afternoon - stayed for 1 hour to clean & change and then went out for the evening to a function.

The rooms were very basic and not worth $140.00 per night. Obviously the rate was a reflection of the Foodstuffs Function and limited accommodation in town. I was disappointed that they had only 2 Bath Towels. NO Hand Towels & NO Face Towels to use for cleaning yourself. Soap Dispenser did not work and I thought it was empty. The staff assured me it was partly filled but still I could not dispense any soap. Had to use the Shampoo as a substitute. For this charge lesser properties provide better.

A good position. The young man we saw when we arrived was very helpful

No air conditioner/ cooler. Soft bed. No tea towel but expected to was dishes. No tea spoons. Hand soap, shower gell and shampoo all empty. Shower in bath but curtain not long enough to cover all of Bath. Major water from shower head. Lots of black mould around Bath. Ants in the bath. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Untidy everywhere outside.

very basic (you get what you pay for). you get just what you need. would be nice to have bathroom mats. and spare toilet papers in a cupboard.

The location and quiet. Bed was comfy.

Had no aircon and Tv remote wasn’t working. Bathroom could’ve done with extra cleaning. Had to wait sometime before someone came to check us in when we arrived, which reception wasn’t maned, we arrived at 4pm. The place looked abandoned.

No jug and kettle had to ring her on my mobile about 5 times not impressed by the outcome. First jug started to leck rang for another one. Also had to ask for Tea towels too. We had a restless night couldn't wait to leave.

Pretty it is an emergency housing motel. Felt car and belongings werent safe especially after talking to a couple of dodgy characters living there. There was no staff interaction - very abrupt and non welcoming
