Hotel has perfect staff and we felt absolutely welcomed. Special thanks to our nice cleaning lady Christine :) In overall hotel is fine and I would give it 7/10 but it is 9/10 considering value.

It is really necessary to require swiming caps in outdoor leasure pools in 21st century? Honestly I haven't met with this requirement in outdoor pools all accross Europe but it seems to be regional thing as I saw people with caps also in other hotels pools in Sottomarina. Please upgrade your pools if filters can't take some hairs.

the staff is very friendly. the breakfast was very yummy! the location is perfect, everything at proximity. we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel got renovated quite well - from the outside. The rooms clearly show you the true age of the hotel. So do not expect a fancy modern bathing room.

The breakfast was so good......i love the fact that there were variety of food...... and the staffs are amazing,friendly and accommodating. I will definitely choose the hotel over and over again!

The only thing i didn't like was the foam, it's was abit too hard.

Breakfast is amazing! Staff very kind and helpful, they spoke English and gave us discount tickets to local restaurants. There is a microwave oven for customer use at ground floor. Very easy and fast access to the beach. Room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. We received a crib for the baby, that was also very confortable. Will definitely return!

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, close to the beach, own private pool on the beach and kids friendly!

- 4min away from beach .- good air climatisation - diverse breakfast -big rooms - fresh towels daily, - the rooms were cleaned up daily - nice and helpful stuff

- some uninvited ants were walking on the floor - the doors were noisy

Staff was very polite, cheerfull and helpfull. Breakfast is on a terrace with nice view.

Hospitality service was great. Always ready to help (good advises, discounts for restaurants, places to visit). Cleaning service in the same great level. From our room on 4th floor we were able to have a beautiful view to the see and the beach. Big bonus is a swimming pool (big enough and also equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers) We've got a lot of shops nearby (food and stuff for life), restaurants. As far as I know there are two parking places (underground and near the beach).

A bit loud because of the big street and construction of a new building close to the hotel, but only during the working hours.

Poor confort and all come with extra cost

Our kids were happy with the play room inside the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

The parking wasn’t good.

The hotel was in a good location., minutes from the sandy beach and with easy access to all the local facilities. There were bus stops close by to Venice and Padua and secure parking (paying). Breakfast was extensive and very good and the discount vouchers for local restaurants for dinner were useful. The reception staff spoke English and were helpful and well informed ; all the other staff, cleaners and in the breakfast room, were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the balcony from our room on the fifth floor had a good view , although there was some noise from the street.

The rooms were very clean but some looked in need of updating. The TVs had no English channels which might be a problem for some people.
