Staff were super friendly and helpful. I had some unusual requests and they went out of their way to assist. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and functional, reflecting price. walking distance to centre of town

It met my expectations, but don’t expect a massive room or a super luxurious one! The rooms are clean and tidy reflecting the price point.

We were able to park right outside the building which was extremely useful as we had an early start to catch the ferry. We were able to help ourselves to a picnic breakfast before 7am as everything was set up.

Great location, welcoming staff, spacious family room.

The hotel has great service, free bike rental and fruits and water/tea/coffee all day in the lobby. The reception are helpful with all your questions. The breakfast area felt cozy as the seating area is distributed into smaller rooms which gives more quiet and calm in the morning. Rooms are clean and the bed was very comfy.

The ethics and behavior of your Iraqi employee who works there at night is not good at all, and because of his behavior and lack of experience in his work, I spent a very difficult night and was looking for a place to sleep until the morning, even though I had booked a hotel and paid for it in full. I had counted and Sekuriti's behavior was not good at all and he insulted me and caused me stress. Please punish both of them in the most severe way so that they don't treat any guests like this again.

the breakfast was really good and there was water in the lobby to take upstairs with you to the room. it was quiet in my room and the view to the street was really nice.

the bed was a little bit to soft for me but still okey. the shower tap was closed so thoroughly that I almost couldn’t shower (but with a bit of muscle work no problem)

The location was great, right in the middle of city centre and very accessible from the central bus station in which you would be dropped off if taking the coach from the Airport. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable and warm. Housekeeping was done in timely manner. You are kind of spoilt for choice for breakfast, the variety is in abundance. The presentation was very professional and dinner area very comfortable. I would say it was a classy buffet for breakfast. Water is easily accessible to take to your room and what I really loved and would probably say was the highlight of the hotel was how they set out complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. You could help yourself to a hot drink anytime and just unwind and relax. They would also set out some cake for you and it was different everyday! Not to mention that fact that the cake was very delicious!!

Honestly, I can't think of a negative comment from my experience of the hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, easy parking close to the hotel. Location was excellent, many restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Very comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet was very good.

Good location. Quiet but convenient. Three minutes walk from airport bus stop and about 20 minutes walk into city centre. Cosy room with good facilities; fridge, kettle, hairdryer, TV, internet. Excellent breakfast served I think 6.30 to 10.30. Comfortable lobby with free coffee, cake and still/sparkling water. Rooms very clean, bed comfortable. Staff pleasant. Tourist information leaflets available. Characterful building.

The room is in a good location, not a lot of noise from the street, 15 min walk from the train station. The breakfast was good and it had a lot of options. The hotel stuff was really nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

Noise coming from the hallway, noise coming from the neighbouring rooms. It woke me up a couple of times, as people do not realize that the doors are not to be slamed, especially in the middle of the night or early in the morning, as well as the talking in the middle of the hallway.
