The location 3/5 minutes from cafes,restaurants,Shops and local supermarket . Parking good right outside the door . Reception was shut but a phone call to the owners and they were there to help . Would go back again

Television coverage was only four channels that is canceled out by the activities to do . The couch wasn’t great but getting out of it the first time would have made a great funnies home video.

Friendly staff left us alone and didn't make us feel uncomfortable because we were a big maori family

Great Location, quiet and clean. Nice and close to the good Ohakune restaurants. Parking outside the unit was very convenient. Comfortable beds and warm too.

only 4 tv Chanels, it was like going back to the 70s. no information book.

The wifi did not work and they were very helpful to fix ist.

The hosts don’t check their messages. You do have to call, in case they are not there to give you the room, which was quite expensive in my case.

no information booklet in the unit & main office not open. however queries by phone/ text were responded to promptly. no TV 1 and 2 reception. would recommend providing guests with information about the local fire siren as it goes for a lot longer than in most urban centres, (& goes during the night too) and does make you wonder if it’s an eruption alert!

it’s close to town, the spa pool is just what we needed. the rooms were tidy. Dara was amazing, so kind and thoughtful.

The motel was in a great location & the configuration of the unit was very good for our needs

small heater that struggled to heat up large room in cold winter temperatures. had to use oven for a helping hand. maybe provide a small electric heater if needed.
