空调不够暖

Отель в самом центре всех достопримечательностей.Персонал на высоком уровне. Дали номер с видом на фонтан и с кровати можно было лёжа созерцать на прекрасное шоу. Все вопросы решались быстро и профессионально. В конце пребывания предоставили даже бесплатный трансфер. Всем рекомендую кто хочет провести свой отпуск в Макао за небольшие деньги.

8 лет назад когда я впервые попал в Макао этот отель мне казался одним из самых крутых. Количество гостей и обычных прохожих просто не давало возможности спокойно сфотографироваться возле сферического фонтана у лобби. После коронавируса водное шоу что происходило в этом отеле я так понял закрыли и поэтому отель медленно превращается в обычное непопулярное здание. Мебель необходимо менять- на мое мнение как собственника у которого тоже есть собственный отель- достаточно поменять фасады старой коричневой мебели ( просто ее перекрасить в белый цвет) и установить несколько приятных фотозон ради которых этот отель хотелось бы посещать. Иначе через год он превратиться в отель типа заброшенного Голивуд где людей даже в Новый год нет!!!!!

Everything about the hotel. Starting with the staff who unfortunately I don’t remember his name, he worked earlier in Abu Dhabi Emirates palace. He helped us a lot during the check in and made it very smooth and upgraded our room.

The staff were also incredible, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was a comfortable one. I didn’t have coins for the bus and they exchanged my HKD to Macau coins so I could travel around. Also, the staff that help you out of your taxi, hold the doors - so kind and lovely. Staff members that clean around the spa area were so sweet too and heartwarming. They really made my experience a pleasurable one and I really understood what it meant to stay at the Grand Hyatt. The lobby lounge was great, I’d recommend the chilli fries! The room was gorgeous, I loved the shower and the view! The spa!! Included in your stay is access to the outdoor hot tubs and indoor one!

I wish I could communicate with staff more easily over booking.com, they usually reply a day later. I also wish someone had told me there was a shuttle service. I didn’t receive a hello or welcome message over booking.com which I personally found a little unusual as I’ve stayed all across the world and always receive a welcome message. The welcome message could have included info about the shuttle which would have saved me from worrying about buses and taxis! The deposit if paid by card takes up to 21 days to be refunded - I wasn’t told this when I was paying the deposit and I wish I was because I would’ve preferred paying by cash to have it returned immediately upon checking out!

Property is beautiful

Spacious room, good views, good connectivity to other hotels, very professional and helpful staff

No word from Hotel about delayed check-in due to Typhoon. Not able to control the aircon temperature, somehow remote control panel not intuitive. Lighting control blocked by the phone, hard to access in darkness.

Hygiene. Staff training. Room size. Room view.

Check-in waiting time too long. No seats offered during waiting.

Quieter than other hotels on the strip. Good breakfast, very attentive staff. We booked a fountain view suite for 2 nights. It was nice to see the Wynn dancing fountain at different times of day and night. very pretty

They put us in a room on the far end from the lift lobby and we could only view the fountain from an angle. Not sure why cause there didn’t seem to be any other guests on the whole floor on the day we checked in (thu). Would have been nicer to have had a better view of the fountain since we paid a premium for it

The lovely room was large and well appointed, clean, relatively new. The bath tub was nice & deep. The fitness center had most equipment required, was clean and fresh. The hot tubs were great, and the pool was nice. The hotel was close to Wynn Palace, MGM, and not too far from the Venetian.

I booked the room at a non-refundable rate on Booking.com, but the charge to my credit card was significantly more than the rate I booked. When I asked the staff about it they said there was a surcharge because the rate was low. Seems like false advertising to me. The reason I used Booking.com is because they show the total price before you book. Seems, not the case.

long wait during check in

Location was convenient. Room was very big with separate seating area, two sinks, and a large bathtub with view. Customer service was responsive. Large selection of western and chinese food for breakfast.

We travelled on 9th May and stayed one night. We booked a king size non-smoking room but the room had a cigarette smell. We requested a change of room and customer service was quick to help. We got another room which was better but still had a very faint cigarette smell. Cleaning was also short of perfect as there was some hair on the floor next to the bathtub.

everything was perfect! we love our stay here.
