Good location.

AC was not working, I went to front desk to ask them for help since I could not sleep at night because of it. Staff told me the AC is not supposed to be on in the whole hotel meaning it was intentionally off, when I asked what I could do then he replied to open the window, which of course, did not help. That impacted a lot on my sleep since it was warm and I was literally sweating during the night. Also staff did not give me the proper piece of information about taking the bus to the airport, I was told they only take cash which led me to exchange more money in order to pay for it, however the moment I got on the bus It was clear you could pay with T-Money (which is a card you can use for metro/bus/ convenience stores). This is not the cheapest hotel you can find, so if I knew this AC situation beforehand I would've never booked my stay there.

location is strategic but surrounding area was a little dodgy especially if you walk at night. the staff was fine but could be a little friendlier 😁

The value for the room we received was great and were located near many of the tourist attractions where we could easily Uber or take public transit.

The location is top. Near the shopping street, subway and center.

If we want to have breakfast, staff are really unfriendly. They couldn't speak english. If i want to have a baby highchair, they said i have to take it by myself, while i have a Baby. Very unfriendly. 10Am they said almost get out. Ve

The location is convenient and can connect to two different subway stations.

Communications with staff could be an issue if you cannot speak Korean.

Very close to Chungmuro station. A lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Breakfast is great. Water is provided in room and in hallway. Very close to Myeongdong for street food experience. Seoul tower and Gwangjang market are within 3 KM radius.

Toilet floor is still wet when we checked in with some hair strands on the tub.

clean, big for family with infant or toddler as they have baby cot. about 5 to 6 mins walk to the metro station(Euljiro 4-ga station). if you wanna visit gwangjang market it will be exit 4 or 5 which is convenient too. And if you are hungry at night there is convenient store call CU.

Beds were incredibly comfortable, bathroom was nice and the desk / vanity table was a nice addition so we could get ready in the morning at the same time without being in each others way. The restaurants and 24h convenience store directly below the hotel were also super convenient!

The hotel is really nice, but it's a little overpriced in my opinion. We got a 55% early year discount which was very, very nice, but I do think the price we paid now was a good value for the room we got. The room and hotel were very comfortable, but I personally wouldn't pay the full price they normally ask. Also, not the hotel's fault but just to be aware, we have encountered multiple rude workers at the convenience store that's 'attached' to the hotel, simply because we didn't speak Korean and didn't understand what they were saying to us and lashed out because they got irritated. So aside from that, if you can get a good deal, this hotel is really good and definitely worth checking out!!

I had an issue I book for triple sharing end up paying extra for quad room booking. com I’m really disappointed with the booking this is my 3 rd experience always never honer the booking. I paid additional 400$ they kept us waited so long where else let others check in early ! staff so unfriendly dnt even bother about our issue & I have kids with me no consideration at all! I’m in the travel industry & very disappointed with the service. not friendly at all the have shuttle only on Friday ! when approach them with any enquirers don’t know!

Clean hotel, tasty breakfast. Subway and bus stops are in walking distance.

Wifi internet might have been faster.

The location is good, 3 different metro station is the same distance in 3-4 min walks. The room for one person it was more than enough.

At receptio staff english is limited. Breakfast compare to other hotels with the same category is a little bit poor. There are selection, but somehow limited.

The staff provided excellent service, the breakfasts were very good, and the hotel was well-appointed. It’s also in a very convenient location for sightseeing.

I found the mattress to be a bit too soft.
