Staff were great and gracious.

1. Moved from one room on the first floor to the 4th floor due to noise, even though previously requested another floor room. 2. The side of bed against the wall, room #408, made it difficult for two 75 years old couplevto get-to-from the bed. 3. Food room service, evenings or nights not worth trying, for our taste.

The staff were friendly and approachable. The food was amazing! Along with the cleanlinesses of the hotel. We liked the maid making towel animals for us every day. The location was very good for what we wanted. With better weather this could have been an exceptional holiday but it still exceeded our expectations! Well worth the visit & will be going back.

The elevator broke down with us inside it! But we got rescued quickly so it wasn’t a problem. The pool & pool area could maybe be more bigger.

Very good location across the road from Ponta Verde beach. A light and airy building professionally run. The rooms are a good size

It is certainly a tourist hotel and caters to that market. The breakfast buffet was good but could be like a crowded market

The room and facilities are amazing. The location is exceptional.

The only thing I didn’t like was the price of food and beverages inside the hotel. The snacks and frigobar in the room, the restaurant for dinner and lunch, and the bar, everything was too expensive. I had only the breakfast because it was included. Nearby, there was a supermarket where it was possible to buy snacks and beverages costing 1/4 or 1/5 compared to the hotel price. In the street, along side the beach, you can find several good and cheaper restaurants.

The breakfast was amazing. A lot of kids and noise at the hotel and they put me in the first floor.
