Everything! Staff is very nice, professional and friendly, the room was spotless and the breakfast was great! The position is perfect as well, just 10 minute walk from the most important spots. We will back for sure!

Perfect location in the quiet merge of the city, couple minutes to grocery, bus station or restaurant. Quiet at night. Very kind owners. Breakfast was great.

In our room was not possible to sleep at dark, unless you would use the window wooden shelter.

My only concern was the sound insulation of the room. You can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. Otherwise it is a fantastic place in overall with very polite staff.

The hosts were fantastic and made me feel welcome from the mo moment of our arrival. Breakfast was very delicious with a large variety, including eggs cooked as you wish and an assortment of cakes

The hotel is amazing, it's a very cozy and home-like place. It has a beautiful lounge with a fireplace and piano, fantastic views from the windows and appropriate style furniture. With a short 5-mins walk you can get to the shopping area with bars and restaurants, it has a short walk to the ski lift too, just perfect. It's off the road so it's nice and quiet. Our room was clean and warm, with an everyday service. We travelled with our 8 years old son who had a separate bed in the room. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apart from everything else, our breakfast included local cheeses, cold meats and local yogurt that were delicious. You can also get a discount for tickets to the local venues (spa, thermal pools) at the reception. We would definitely stayed here again, highly recommended.

We would love to spend some time by the fireplace in the hotel lounge in the evening, however this was closed in the evening. We did enjoy it in the morning while having a breakfast.

Breakfast excellent and the staff top stars. Cakes and biscuits home made. Anche le Chiacchiere deliziose with typical family secret receipts. They made delicious scrambled eggs! Nothing could be better.

It is located in the center of Bormio with several restaurants nearby. The town itself was very cute. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom very big.
