The location is stupendous. The facility is fairly bare bones - but that's to be expected when you find an affordable spot in this good of a spot. The breakfast was better than I would have expected.

No complaints - any improvements would probably drive up the cost, and I like the balance at Hotel Marta.

Very accommodating and quick to help. Location is in the middle of the city so we’re close to everywhere. We liked that there’s a tea room where u can make coffee or tea in between travels. Breakfast menu was also good and fulfilling.

Great location, very small, like a dorm room, perfect for just me. Great "vending machine" for keys outside desk hours.

Short walk to train station. Great location for visiting city, shopping and restaurants. Staff very nice. Breakfast good. Overall, a no frills hotel but clean and comfortable and a great location!

Café da manhã Bom, possuía o necessário. Dependências e banheiros limpos. Toalhas e Lençóis de cama bem conservados. Hotel bem localizado...perto de tudo. Hotel muito agradável, recomendo e voltarei em breve.

Excellent location near to main transport stations and in the hub of restaurants etc. Great welcome with water and ice cream (total winner as it was 33 degrees). Rooms are a great size and comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. They even made the egg shells pretty.

Noise from road was a little loud at times, but ear plugs were provided, and it didn't bother my room mates.

No air conditioning and needed to open window for air circulation. With window open lots of street noise all night.

I have no idea how the hotel star system works but this was definitely the best 2 star hotel I’ve stayed at - I’m not sure why it is only 2 star ! Hotel Marta had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - it was very clean, great shower, comfortable bed, quiet. There was a luggage room available before check in and after check out, free water and ice cream, croissants and muesli at breakfast, a tea room. Very good value for money !

The rooms were a bit small so got stuffy with two people in the room. Was fine when we opened the window but not sure what would happen in summer as there is no aircon. Otherwise no complaints !
