Really enjoyed the stay. The staff, the room, the location. Everything. Amazing thing is included already into a hotel package - Zommerkarte. The card allowes to visit a lot of places for free

Nice spacious room with balcony and bath tub. Warm welcome by the host, received a summer card with a lot of discounts for attractions nearby. Great breakfast, good quiet location, nearby everything you need.
Property has washing machine and dryer that can be used (not FOC) by guests. At night self service access to cold drinks (not FOC) from the bar downstairs.
Keep in mind there is no elevator. We did not travel light as we came from far and pulling up 30 kg suitcases on the stairs to the first floor is a serious job.

Breakfast was good. alot of food to choose from. Easy to find hotel. good location to all the places for sightseeing.
Shower head holder was spoilt. couldn't hold the shower head in place. Pillows could have been a little more plush. it was very flat. made it a little uncomfortable to sleep at night. Could have provided a kettle for hot water.

It's a really good value for your money. Our room was big enough, clean, the bed was comfortable. The personnel/staff was nice with us and we had a room where to put our ski equipment. Overall it s a good place to stay on your holiday.

Hotel staff were really friendly & helpful. Room & facilities inc sauna were great. Breakfast was fairly basic as expected but with plenty of choice of meats, cheese etc
It's about a 10 minute walk to the lifts & that end of Zell Am See has less bars & restaurants than the centre. However, prices are cheaper & its easy to get into town on the bus.

front of every door it’s feel me home .

Staff, the accomodation was really nice, kind and friendly.
Center of the town was near and accessable by foot as well.
We liked the delicious breakfast and latte, thank you very much for it Eszter.
We will definitely return.
Maybe some cups and a kettle with some tea filters would be very useful.

Room is huge and clean and cosy. Staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.
Bus transport frequency is long. Quite inconvenient to get back to hotel in the night.

The property was great.
Very kind and wonderful staff, provided us with free summer card which can be used in most of the attractions, which saves lot of money.
Clean, lovely spacious room with large balcony and views of the mountains, comfy beds and pillows.
The breakfast was superb, rich and tasty.
Free parking and wifi.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it.

Room was big and clean. There were possibility to get bikes for free -> easy to go to the centrum for dinner.

Breakfast, room, view, staff. They even offer you a bicycle to go around (bikes need to be serviced though!) and give you tips about hikes, things to do ..etc. There's also the Zem am see card which saves a lot.
If you're arriving to Zem am see from the town's main train station ( hbf), Google does not tell you how to get to the property, probably because the small town train is not listed as a mean of transport and it's pretty much the only way to get their. You can walk, but not great if you have a lot of or heavy luggage.

Breakfast was good and rich. The serving area might be a bit bigger but nothing that couldn't be handled.
There were probably some metal parts in the bed which were doing creaking sounds in the night, so this could be improved but it didn't ruin my otherwise positive feel of the hotel.
