Service was great, extremely friendly staff who were very helpful and on hand for any issues or transportation. Beautiful private villas, and in a great location walking down to the beach to connect with rest of Canggu.

Our room didn't have the pool lounge as advertised but hotel explained why and it wasn't really an issue for us.

The staff were really warm and friendly. Walking to the beach was easy and there were many good coffee shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.

This was probably a 5 star complex 10 years ago. Now it’s very tired - the kitchen area was very dated, the sofas had holes in them and looked dirty, floor tiles were old fashioned, the walls around the deck and pool area were mouldy and needed a good layer of paint. The villa needs a complete overhaul. The breakfast menu was also disappointing with terrible coffee. Way too expensive for what it is. Thank goodness the staff were so nice.

Staff were welcoming, villa was spotless and private pool was nice and cool and clean, quiet area. Single room villas are a bit of a walk down.the back, if you are in a group all book the same type. double room villas are near the front.

The villa needed lots of maintenance and Furniture updated . The deck had loose / rotten boards, fridge rusted. I booked this property as it looked like it had a nice wooden bath. i was disappointed because it leaked and looked dirty, it had loads of silicone inside the bath ( trying to stop the leak). There was also the smell of gas in the kitchen when I checked the gas bottle it was very old and rusted. I asked staff to remove it.

Lalasa villas is a beautiful oasis to relax in. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to ensure our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Plus, the villa's ideal location let us explore the best of Canggu, from its stunning beaches to delightful restaurants and shops.

the pool in our villa didn’t get very much sun so was a little cool (it was June) otherwise everything about our villa was fantastic. loved the outdoor shower & also wooden bathtub

The pool in the room is too cold. And the rooms are not as clean. The staff is friendly but super slow. If you order the breakfast, they will bring it half an hour late. And their English is bad. I booked the floating breakfast 2 days before because they said it is available and one day before the floating breakfast I asked to check and make sure that we're having the floating breakfast the next morning and the say it isn't available even though I already booked it 2 days before. The staff needs to learn how to properly speak English, because I don't understant them. The food portions are too small. And the breakfast is also too small. The location is not ideal. The villa we had had zero sunlight so that is a major minus if you want to suntan because you won't get any sun. The pool in the villa should be cleaned more often.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, I don’t know how they got in there but we got bit a fair amount. The air con only seemed to have one setting too.

Nice quiet location, short walk to some local shops ,bars and restaurant's. The Blue Tomato across the road has an upstairs bar which has nice easy laid back live acoustic music most nights.

A villa located down the end would be a long walk to the road. Upstairs room was not really that large and didn't have a bath.

Staff were very friendly, property grounds were beautiful, breakfast great. close to everything the 2 resort dogs Wifi and Twitter.

pool was great and big. rooms were clean and spacious. room service was good. there is a bigger pool for everyone that you can use. we just used the villa pool as it was nice. location was very good lots of shops/restaurants/bars around.

breakfast wasn’t the best but it was okay. only a couple of tv channels in English. but none of this impacted our stay and we would 100% stay again.

The location is great! Near to the heart of canggu with great food places nearby. property is clean. the room is well sealed hence even tho its a villa, you dont have to be worried about bugs. Staff was helpful in booking us a driver and fast boat to nusa penida

Not a lot. The villa was filthy.

The villa was filthy dirty. There was blood stains on the throw pillows, the deck was warped and rotting, there were nails coming out of the deck, the walls were filthy, the towels were old and dirty, there was no microwave like advertised, no lounge sofa. We booked for 6 only to find out that we then had to pay for a extra bed. Even though it fits 6 as advertised. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom look to the pool was broken, the door to the shower was removed and not replaced. Terrible value for money. Super dissatisfied and disappointing.
