the employee there are really friendly. they helped us a lot. there will always be free fruit. the breakfast is really great

the room is kinda old. in the night it is really dry

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the bar staff, Elle and Agi from Latvia. The Spa and swimming pool were really nice at the end of a full on day skiing too. The hotel was well run and the room was very spacious. I would definitely stay again based on my weeks stay in April 2023.

Mattress could have been thicker and softer, I had trouble cooling the room down at night as there was no thermostat in our particular room. Traffic noise and church bells (6am every morning) may affect your sleep though not the hotels fault.

Everything worked and the staff were lovely. we had breakfast included and it was a good breakfast with plenty of choices. The ski locker room was also great.

Most guests appeared to have booked half board and had dinner at the hotel every night. We only had dinner there twice and it wasn’t that good.

the hotel’s location is short of perfect. it’s got an underground parking for the car and a locked room for the bikes. the spa zone for a very pleasant bonus for an otherwise great stay

Late night party-goers and road traffic makes it a bit loud.

Breakfast was great! with fresh produces and ready omellete and sausages, Room was nice and the location was great, the free summer card is a very welcomed addition as well

Most staff members were cool but some of them were apathetic and didn't spoke English very well

Bed was too short and my feet couldn’t hang over the edge as bed was stuck in a corner.

Perfect location. 5 mins walking distance to Talstation. Indoor Pool and Sauna.

great location, our room was nice & spacious with a comfortable bed. bathroom had a separate loo. nice spa & pool. good croissants, nice fresh eggs/ omelettes in the morning, good soups & evening menus, half board good value & plenty of food. staff were all nice, polite & helpful. nice bar too.

menus & food offerings were good but cooking could be improved, dishes were often a bit over cooked & meat was dry. sliced bread was a bit stale. fresh fruit juice would be much better than concentrate

One of the two rooms was very small. There was no kettle or cutlery / china provided but the staff were happy to provide it when requested.
