Well maintained gardens and pool. Comfortable bed. Quiet with only the sound of birds. Very close to Ao Nammao which is much quieter than Ao Nang and has nice beaches and real Thai food.

No food and nearest restaurant about 1km away. I wasn't aware of this and then the first morning I had to get a taxi into town to hire a motorbike. The water pressure was low, the sink didn't drain properly and the AC was a bit loud in the night.

Manque de restauration sur place ou proximité pourtant indiqué lors de notre réservation. Petit déjeuner minable. Piscine 2 transats pour tout l'hôtel 😡douche piscine et fontaine ne fonctionnant pas. Douche de la chambre sans eau chaude.

Es un bonito lugar, apartado de la civilización. Preciso si lo que quieres es descontentarte y descansar. El personal muy amable y el aseo y la higiene siempre estuvieron excelente.

LA UBICACIÓN. No pensábamos que fuese tan lejos de la playa, encima usar Grab es muy difícil, pocos autos nos tomaban, es caro subir en tuktuk o en moto así que si lo que quieren es ir frecuentemente a la playa este no es el lugar para ustedes. Tienen un van de acercamiento pero solo a veces funciona, tiene horarios pero también retrasos y a veces simplemente no sube, sólo por esto le doy una nota decepcionante.

Restaurant was not open 'due to Covid' so needed to head elsewhere for breakfast.

I initially Booked à villa and changed immediately as it was super dirty, in Huge need of rénovation. New rooms was cleaner but bed super un confortable, issue with shower and even if new many thanks to be renovated. Place is super far, no grab coming. Restaurant was closed and shutle to city centre only 4 per Day and no choice on the hour. Description must be updated.

Nice bungalow, great pool area, and location is quiet and close enough to everything.

The staff tried to charge us for a broken water heater when we left. Pretty ridiculous considering we had used it normally for our stay and it broke while boiling water. After a debate they backed down and accepted responsibility. Ruined an otherwise nice stay. Also the bathroom drainage didn't work well and had a bad smell during the duration of our stay.
